AMAZING customer service and wonderful products! The staff really goes above and beyond to help.

Looked at their website one time and they got my email address without my giving it to them and now they are spamming me!

I bought a body butter and the coffee scrub for my cellulite and stretch marks, I did not expect a difference but after only around 9 days of use my stretch marks have lightened from a dark red to barely visible, my cellulite isn’t gone fully but there’s a slight change and the acne bumps on my arms have smoothened out from using the scrub

I do not understand why this store would ever get bad ratings. The products and customer service is phenomenal.the saying "you just can't please everyone"is a true statement unfortunately. I'm VERY thankful for this company.i think I've developed psoriasis and my scalp burned and itched with other products that I had spent alot of money on I came across this store and fell in love.i used there shampoo and conditioner bars and no longer having a burning itchy scalp I love all their products and tell everyone about their products definitely gained a customer for life!

Whenever I am in Naples, I always make a stop at this fabulous store. The scrub is amazing.

The worker followed me around, not giving me an inch of space to see or smell the products. When I asked her why she was following me, she said she was told to do so, to which I responded that i don't have to steal anything and there is nothing that I am going to take. It was very insulting, especially because I was there with my sister to take a boat ride and was just killing time and there were two other groups of same-aged women also just wasting time that did not have this same treatment. I will never go in that store again or buy their products.

My 1st time there I decided to try 5 of their bath bombs for only $25. They put them in a nice tube. The two young ladies working there were helpful.

Cute shop in tin city love they have a variety of different things. Everything is made in Naples and is organic. Employees are very nice and helpful I will be coming back next time we come down for vacation.

I love this store! The micro dermabrasion face wash is so great to deep clean from the well known covid "mask acne"

Don't waste your time or money going to this store. The customer service is terrible. There are many other local business that will treat you better and have products that are great.

This is a great little shop with cool products and a lovely staff. We left with Shampoo & Conditioner bars to take with us as we cover the state of Florida this summer. It's pricey here but the products are good and the store smells so good. It's a store with little trinkets but mostly bath products. The bath bombs look so nice. They are an eye catching thing when you first walk in.

My wife and I love this place. We buy allot of their products and send them as gifts to family back in Ohio.

Excellent customer service guiding us to the special soaps that were unique to what we were looking for. So friendly!

Tried the hand scrub. Im telling you it felt absolutely wonderful all day long. Even after washing lots of time

Very helpful staff. They carry a wide range of soaps and lotions. The owner had a child with eczema and developed a line if soap and lotion specifically for that problem. She also carries scented bath bombs, lotions, and select accessories such as headbands, and other trinkets.

Always love shopping at this store! Christina goes the extra mile for customers and was very happy with her service. So many products to choose from and she is so knowledgeable and happy to help. Can't wait to be back!

. And not just great soaps.the ACAI face cream is marvelous. I am totally satisfied with it.

. And the Coastal Scent (at the check-out counter) is hauntingly aromatic.the longer you wear it, the better it gets.totally hooked on it.

Naples Soap Co.is the best thing about Tin City.
