I was about to schedule an annual appt and they said I’d be personally charged $100 EACH year to be a patient… and that’s on top of them billing my insurance. Time to find a new practitioner.

Run don't walk! The staff are unprofessional and look for ways to charge your insurance twice for a single visit!

If I could rate 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Why would you schedule me for an appointment 4/6 at 3pm and then when I show up no one is answering the phones and the door is locked. I drove over 40 mins to get here and also am way overdue for my first prenatal.
I do not recommend going here. If you want a flaky medical practice; sure. But this is asinine. Really miffed.

I have been going to Naples Women Center for almost 20 years. I and have been extremely happy with the staff and most of all my main provider Cindy Troy. Unfortunately, she retired and I was handed off to a new provider who is very nice. HOWEVER, I am not happy with the $100 annual fee they are requesting AND am finding some (not all) the staff to be completely rude. I asked to speak to one of the nurses. She (I had to ask her name) spoke to me like she was doing me a favor. I am still not sure if she is one of the nurses, a front desk person or who. I am so disappointed.

I’m appalled by the “care” I received at this facility. I have been suffering debilitating pelvic pain for weeks that has made my quality of life, relationship with my partner, and being a mother extremely difficult. I’m bed ridden all day, every day. Dr. Clements has absolutely no sympathy or knowledge for what I’m going through. Not even one OB has even examined me. Dr. Clements is extremely heartless and cold, won’t listen to me or do anything to try and help me get the answers I deserve, so I can have my life back. She is hands down the WORST gynecologist and a cold as ice human being. I highly suggest going to a different facility or choosing any OB but Dr. Clements.

Dr. Monaco was patient and great during my annual paps I highly recommend her. Thank you!

Love this place. The staff is super nice and helpful. I cant say enough good things about Doctor Gomez who delivery my baby girl ‍️ Every Doctor is nice and knowledge.

I had a great first experience at this place with Dr. Gomez. I was quickly helped by the receptionist, who was friendly and pleasant. I was taken back by a MA who went over my medical and family history, and then instantly after a urinalysis the doctor came into speak to me. The doctor was helpful, concise and had a pleasant manner. I have another appointment, I'm happy to say I have an obgyn at this clinic.

I visited the Naples Womens Center today and was blown away. The staff was super friendly and helpful and it was a clean organized facility. Mandy DeYoung and her assistant were incredible and both gave me so much time and feel extremely comfortable and taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a better appointment.

I went to naples women's center naples to scheduled doctors appointment the one assisting me in the receptionist is vey nice and accomodating but the one with her name lisa is rude because when i asked the receptionist who is assisting me how much i have to shoulder my copay because its my husband health insurance so its first time i used it. She injected to our conversation that i could called the insurance and ask but the lady in the receptionist willing to help me to find out instead calling the insurance.
