My first time here and they gave me a coffee in half, the quality of the coffee was quite bad and the croassant I ordered they gave it to me cold. Terrible service

Great coffee! A little lite on food. They run out fast but I love this place! Lots of unique coffee drinks.

I went here due to a write up that said they were the best coffee place in Naples. Honestly, it wasn't good at all. I've had great coffee all over the world and this can't hold up at all. If you are Keto, Ketovore or Carnivore bring your own cream. They only serve milk, half and half, and oat milk. The barista put half and half in mine without asking. I didn't know what to do with that since I already paid so I left and dumped it out after a few sips. Not worth the carbs.

I love Narrative coffee! I recently enjoyed a lavender oat milk latte which was beautifully presented and delicious! I love the cool vibe as well!

Cute coffee shop! Tried a cold brew lemonade for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! Please… give it a try, they will give you a taster if you ask. But, I got my usual caramel latte (which is always good.) Would come back, absolutely, if we had more time!

Nicely styled coffee shop, but their espresso shots are sour and undrinkable. The lattes and cappuccinos and iced drinks are passable, given the amount of milk and ice in those drinks, but their espresso and macchiatos are very very disappointing. Both times I've visited I've had the same experience.

I tried a Cuban Coffee (café con leche) and I was not disappointed. The barista was very eager to answer my queries.

First time at this location. I loved it, it was more quiet than the Mercato location. I got a London Fog and spent the day getting a lot of work done.

Cold coffee. Seriously? They forgot to prepare our order as well. I thought this would be a good experience, but I am starting to miss Starbucks. This will be a one time visit for us.

Clean smartly decorated coffee shop in affluent 5th avenue area. Great coffee and seating area to work, or just hang out and drink a cup of coffee. The shop also bags coffee in a section of the shop if you care to watch. Friendly staff.

Mind blowing coffee. Get the Geisha espresso as a cortado, you will not be disappointed. Geisha is one of the most coveted coffees and few specialty coffee shops carry it. Pours are always perfect.

The lattes here was nice but the matcha latte was very underwhelming. Another thing that I wanted to note was that some of the staff here weren't very friendly and made the vibes all off. The aesthetic of this place was nice though.

Too lazy to update that they are closed. Drove 20 miles to get here. No date for when they will reopen.
