The airport was easy to navigate friendly staff. Typically way overpriced shops.

I was stationed at NAS Sanford in '67/'68. RVAH 3 Sea Dragons A & P shop. Vigilante squadron.

Beautifully manicured! Wonderful history for our small airport! Love the benches they have, so you can sit and chat on a beautiful day, like today!

My dad commissioned and decommissioned the a3. At one time he had a plaque on one of the benches. Sad to see that the benches were replaced and no sign of his name plate. Always come here when in town to pay respect to my dad. Bud Nees. Rest in peace
