Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs reviews
15Don't even bother asking for the lemonade upgrade. They charge you 1 dollar more but they give you a small water cup instead of the fountain drink size. Also, if you are military, avoid them. They don't honor military discount compared to other restaurants and stores at the airport.
Cashier is very rude and disrespectful they even lied and said they ran out of burgers and when we asked for our money back they pulled out patties. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Eating no meat or cheese, the staff was very accommodating to modifying orders to give exactly what was asked, which was a side of sauerkraut, coleslaw, and garden salad. Always upbeat and kind to customers.
Prices creap up every time I am there. The line was extremely long and slow. Employees lack patience and are not welcoming. The dinning area wasn't clean, and it was hard to find a spot to seat.
Man, I love these hot dogs! The guy who served me, I think his name was Eddy. What a nice guy and really funny and professional! Best hot dogs I've had in a minute!
I've never heard of this place before my friends and I went here but it IS a must try! The line is a bit long at night but the hot dogs are all unique and full of flavor. You get every bang for your buck and the employees work hard to get your order right. You must walk into the dining area to see all the celebrities that have come there before. It is an experience worth trying.
Horrible, apathetic service, disgusting store (don't believe me? Check the dust and grime hanging from the Nathan's sign above), and the worst hotdog I've ever eaten costs $5.00. This place is an abhorration, even by airport standards. Stay away.
I got a Chicago hotdog. I enjoyed the hotdog but there were too many condiments on top which made it so I had to take 2 bites of condiments before reaching the hotdog and that wasn’t pleasant. I would probably go with the regular hotdog next time. Fast and friendly service.
Cashier friendly and helpful but I would stay away from buffalo chicken sandwich, it's subpar The steak supreme was better but can use more cheese.
This place has unbelievably terrible service. We ordered two bacon cheese fries with 9 pc corn dog nuggets. They gave us 3 plain fries, and didn’t give us the nuggets. So we showed them our receipt, and then they gave us 2 plain fries and one bacon cheese fry. So we again showed them the receipt so then he put the cheese and bacon in little containers and left the fries in bags. Where are we supposed to pour the cheese and bacon? So we asked them again for cheese and bacon on the fries. So they did. And didn’t give us our nuggets STILL. So we asked for the nuggets, and TWO workers just turned around and ignored us completely. TERRIBLE service. We saw two other families next to us trying to get their order right as well. I don’t usually post reviews but this was one to be told.
Just simply slow service. It's hot dogs. To sit and wait 20 minutes in a relatively short line for a hot dog and cold soggy fries is simply unacceptable.
It is OK. Located in the Miami Airport in the Delta Terminal, it was the only place to get a bite to eat. The employees were pleasant and efficient. It appeared to be clean and there was no odor of overused oil that one so often smells in such a place. Acceptable.
Nathan's is Nathan's. If you're familiar, it's just like Coney Island.just smaller and of course more expensive.
I had a chilli cheese dog and it was chewy. However, I'm open to trying it again may be it didn't cook long enough.
Employee eating behind counter (food prep area), did not wash hands before putting on gloves and returning to work. No other employees seemed to care about it. Fries soggy. Order numbers being called but customers not told what their number is. Condiment area not stocked and in disarray. Box of hotdogs placed vertically in bag so hotdogs fell out of the box. Floors extremely sticky to the point sores were sticky after walking out of restaurant. Service extremely slow especially for number of employees working. Numbers called before order actually ready for pick-up. Hotdogs old and shriveled and had obviously been sitting on grill for some time. This place sucked and has health violations the employees don't care about.
