Do you know came packaged up like any other brand new unit wrapped in a box wrapped in all the necessary plastic wrapping to protect it it was brand new came with the instruction and installation manuals and the warranty card and all the numbers matched they will help you load it onto your trailer or a truck but then you’re on your own good experience for and do it again the next time I need a unit

I ordered an air conditioning unit 6 weeks ago and not only has it not been delivered, they cannot even tell me an estimated delivery time. I ordered a Goodman Air Conditioning unit on 7/1/2020 in large part because National Air Warehouse was offering a 10% discount. Their website info stakes units ship in 2-7 days. I contacted them on 7/8 about delivery because I had received no tracking info. They responded that the furnace was on back order and typically arrive within 7-10 days but could be slightly longer due to COVID-19 shutdowns. I subsequently contacted them on July 14,22,28 & August 5th & 12th and I still have no A/C Unit and they cannot give me an estimated time of delivery. I tried to switch out units by upgrading to other Goodman A/C's. I gave them 3 other units links for a possible exchange and they state that they are out of all of them. All this while, they have not indicated on their website that these units are out of stock and they are still entrapping customers with the 10% discount with no hope of being able to delivery the product. They did offer to switch the Goodman unit to a Rheem but that would mean giving them $600 more dollars. I'm not entirely sure if they are running a scam or they just do not care if they have a bevy of unhappy customers.

Zero if possible. Owner stills owes me money, then had the audacity to still email me about some ‘business referral’ a year later.

Karma is real and consumers should know the truth about you.

Customer service treated us decent, the website was straight forward, and the shipping was under 7 days.

The only problem we experienced was that they shipped us the wrong type of condenser.

We called to try to fix the matter and were told by Matthew that they would exchange the the condenser on a pro rate so long as we paid for the shipping back.

. It costs $430.00 to ship back.

Extremely good prices and fast shipping. Customer Service is also great. Been a repeat customer and bought about 6 units from them for myself and neighbor house that I managed.

National Air Warehouse says that they guarantee their products but they do not. I spent $3k on a new AC unit in May 2018 and it leaks gas (only holds gas for 2 months). They will not replace the unit but instead only the faulty part - so you have to pay a contractor big $ to take the entire AC compressor unit apart, send them the broken part and wait for replacement before rebuilding the unit. This is their idea of a guarantee! A guarantee usually mean replacing the entire faulty unit with a functioning one and then they deal with the issue themselves. I will never buy or recommend a company that chooses to screw the customer to save a buck.

Repairman was on time and very polite. He let me know his progress several times and when done told me exactly what he had done. My air conditioner is humming along like a new one again.

Told them what I wanted by phone at NAW and the female rep told me what they had in a 3.5 ton air/heat unit. I picked one of the choices and ordered it online to get a discount code for 50 bucks off. Got the unit in hand less than ten days from ordering shipped to me. Had to meet the shipper due to the fact I live on a narrow side road and they could only send it by semi truck instead of box truck, but, that was OK for the discount I got. I noted a slight skinned place on the air handler box and filed an exception which this company is very adamant you do if you notice ANY type of damage. The unit seems to working fine and I had it installed within five days by a LICENSED HVAC master technician to validate my warranty. All in all, I will save some serious $$$ compared to the $9,000 that a friend paid to get his similar size new unit installed by a company. I gave $2445 for my unit plus the cost of installation to be determined. (I'm fortunate to know an HVAC guy that has twenty five years experience who was willing to help me out.) Make sure you tell them EXACTLY what you want at NAW. I wanted a split unit 3.5 ton air handler for heating and cooling and I also had to pick out a filter bracket plus the electric heating coils (know how many KW you need and have them give you the number for the filter bracket by phone) for when the heat pump isn't working or it is extremely cold. You can't just call and say I want an air conditioner.send me one. Know exactly what you need to avoid problems and avoid extra shipping costs. Advice to prospective buyers from reading other's reviews online from the Better Business Bureau. It is worth it to invest time before buying. So far, I'm very happy. Hope the unit holds up as long as my twenty five year old unit did. I don't expect it though. I will be happy with fifteen years.
