National Car Rental, Orlando FL

My travel was for personal, not business. The service was great. The available vehicles for our use were clean and in very good condition. The pricing was as expected. The process for pick up and drop off went very smoothly. Both took about 5-10 minutes - fantastic.

The process of getting the car is always easy even on a different airports I've been while using National Car rental. The reservation is easy to follow and the instructions are concise and clear. The checkout is also easy. I do not mind using National Car Rental again and again.

Rented an 8 passenger SUV at Orlando. The car was waiting for us and it was perfect. Had to go to the counter because it was not a regular size vehicle but there was no wait. We loved the Suburban and recommend National Car Rental for you next rental.

My experience at National at Orlando International Airport was super easy. I deplaned, went directly to the Emerald Aisle directly across the street from the terminal, selected my vehicle and drove off. The Jeep SUV was brand new (just 140 miles on it), impeccable, drove nicely. No problems. Upon my return I checked the car in and within moments the friendly gentleman who checked me in had me off and on my way. Highly recommend!

I love National car rental they always have a car to choose from and one is always available no matter the time or dates you need a car they also have good prices as well. If you want to rent rent from national they are the best and I checked with all rentals out there and national car rental had the best price out there.

National is an extremely helpful and convenient option for car rentals. Being part of their Emerald Club is such a huge benefit. I enjoyed being able to bypass the counter and get directly to my vehicle and on my way. Dropping off the vehicle is a cinch too! Not only that, but when I experienced an issue with billing, they were so helpful in getting things straightened out. I can't imagine going anywhere else to rent a vehicle. Their service is top notch!

Easy pick up and drop off. Helpful staff.needed to test out back seat for 9yr old. Turns out we needed a booster seat at last minute and National was able to provide!

I have been renting with National for over 3 years now. Had good experiences and bad ones. I wish this trip the car was in tip top shape for us. IT WASN'T!
MY SON FOUND a bag of trash left in the back seat and no vacuumed it seems. I get we all mess up at times. But someone should check the cars to confirm if clean. Glad I realized if it was refueled. That park was correct. Guess everyone has there days.

I love being able to pick the car I want. We selected a Jeep. It was clean, had Car Play and was fun to drive. We went to Disney and over to the coast. No issues and the staff was friendly and helpful when I dropped off the car. For the last few years I have been renting National and I have had only good experience.

Staff is very friendly, but the selection of available vehicles is lacking. Especially, in the SUV category.

I love using National. It is the only rental car company I go to when I travel. The reason I gave this review a 3 star rating is because the amount of the rental at the time I booked the reservation and what was charged to my credit card upon return was a $100 difference. The only option I opted in for was to return on empty and pay for the gas. That should have only been around $50.00. Was frustrating when I was on a budget for this personal vacation trip.

Good experience here. Booked online prior to trip. I got a surprisingly good deal for a mini-van in Orlando. So I snapped it up. They called me a few days prior to find out where I was staying and to set up a courtesy pick-up! Very nice, I was not expecting that. Also, while doing the paperwork, the rep at the counter noticed that I was eligible to keep my car longer (till the next afternoon) due to my contract. That was a nice step and ended up being beneficial for us, so thank you! Dropped off car on a rainy Friday, and they arranged courtesy transport to anywhere I wanted to go, which was Magic Kingdom. So they took me and another guy to the Grand Floridian so we could catch the monorail!

Quick and easy experience with the Emerald Aisle. Super hassle free check-in and check-out. Car was in excellent condition.

I always rent from National and have rented from the MCO Airport multiple times, always with positive results. The most recent time a few weeks ago, I spoke with one employee concerning a few questions I had about the billing for tolls and he was incredibly helpful. I then asked another employee (Luis) for assistance locating the Executive aisle, and he asked me what kind of car I wanted to rent - I told him that I usually like to rent the Jeep Grand Cherokee. He asked me if I like BMWs (to which I said - of course, I drive one at home). He asked me to wait a moment and came back with a 2021 BMW X3 for me! I did not have to pay an upcharge or anything, he just upgraded me out of kindness. He also loaded my family's luggage into the car. He had no obligation to do any of this, but his kindness made my day!

As an executive Emerald Club member, the experience is top notch compared to others. Being able to bypass the counter at MCO, which historically has long waits and a ton more added steps, is a bonus. Heading straight to the garage and picking any car you want out of the aisle allows for more peace of mind and comfort while traveling. Easy check out and easy drop off round out the best rental experience hands down using National!
