This is the used car dealership of funeral homes and I only gave it one star because I had to in order to write a review. The owner doesn't understand her own contractual documents, lies, and is incredibly disrespectful. She canceled my grandmother's funeral less than 24 hours before the service because I pointed out the multiple lies she was saying. Think I'm exaggerating? Read the online reviews of this company or call other funeral homes in the area and ask them about National. They will confirm the terrible business practices her company is known for. Stay away.

This is the worst place to arrange a funeral. Very unresponsible people shor of staff. Dayana is the owner and she is very disrespectful snd unproffesional. The hospital where my sin passed away donste for the funeral services the msy paid un full and told me they will give my money back once they receive the donation. They received it and never gave my money back. The owner is never available. They just have one person in the office that does everything maricela the other person is just a decoration because she doesn't know anything. Please if you do not want to lose your money never go to this place. Horrible

I want to thank the entire group of workers at this funeral home, especially Nulka, its Director, everyone was kind and helpful, the entire process of contracting the services and the development of the funeral was excellent, greetings and thank you very much for everything.

This place does not deserve a single star. They are irresponsible and they are not reliable. Please don’t trust this place, they toy with people feelings and money. Find another funeral service. My family and I will be involving legal action. Involving legal action is not a threat, it is a promise.

My experience here was far beyond my expectations! Dayana, was available 24hrs. At the time if passing she promptly made arrangements for my mother who was gently transported within 1hr of her passing. We were asked to bring clothes that she liked and even a personal belonging or memento we wanted her to have. On the day of the burial we were given time to say out last goodbye! My mother was dressed beautifully and her hair was done and her color made us feel she was sleeping in peace! She was transported to the cemetery right on time with beautiful flowers and a pastor also provided by the National provided a beautiful speech about her life and gods purpose. I recommend them 100%

A family member passed away unexpectedly and we used this funeral home the worst funeral home the owner of the funeral home and the staff the all rudest and coarse they don’t care abaut family pain, They only are interested in money the service it terrible the comunication it the worst. Don’t GO ThERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE

Excellent work, very professionals with a lot of human quality, despite the pain felt, one breathes peace and familiarity, trust and respect. I recommend this funeral home for anyone who is feeling this pain.

Dissatisfied and frustrated! Very very unethical people to work with. Ended up boosting prices, embalming process wasn't done appropriately (leaking of the remains), extremely rude (denied to speak to us and left us in front of his office). Rafael is not the person you want to work with while grieving the lost of love one. He claimed to be the funeral director and when cops were called we found out he is the husband of the funeral president. (Retired few years ago) maybe there's a reason why he retired. If you work with these people make sure you pay close attention to what is included with how much you pay. They put us through what you cannot imagine. Very torn with the horrendous service and work ethic my family and I experienced here.just sad

Our family experienced exceptional service, going above and beyond in this sad moment losing our dear mother. Dayana Sosa, Nulka and Francisco, showed compassion, were very understanding and always very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This place is a SCAM. They tie you in with 'cheap' prices and once they have your deposit they try to raise the prices for every little thing, even though you had both agreed to a price before. They take advantage of the pain people are going through and treat their customers terribly, this place should be shut down. Read reviews in other sites before deciding to go here and you will see how many people agree.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever received, especially when going through one of the hardest times of our lives. My family and I lost my aunt and we had arranged to have the funeral with them and they lied to us about prices and treated us horribly. These people are not human, they have no heart or compassion for what people are going through. This place is a fraud. Please don’t use them. They need to be shut down.

They are abusers with variable prices, I would never use their services, they abuse the pain of family members

Cheap is definitely expensive, they are despicable lack of words, recommendation if it can be useful to others don't even go use another company, they are miserable, I am very helpless right now to write now the funeral of my relative that I appreciated very much is very recent, In a few more days I will detail exactly the names and bad actions of each of these people, I repeat they are miserable, lack of words they raise the price then one apart from being with the pain on one's back has to battle with these I repeat despicable human beings
