I am so pleased with my pain management team. Their practice is dedicated to helping me find a positive path of living my best with the condition I have. The team is steadfast to bring new and improved technology and techniques to their patients. The Dr, PA's and all supporting staff are bright, cheery and compassionate!

The staff showed concern and a possible new treatment for my pain. I am hopeful that this treatment may work to help alleviate the pain I’ve been experiencing for years.

I can only say I am lucky to have found such an awesome group of humans that care about you. Dr Sajan, Jerry, and the team are # 1 and have given me life again.

Staff is wonderful both downstairs and upstairs you go in with pain but the staff helps you with talking to me and laughing with me I love them all including Jerry and Dr Sajan this is Marta Chung

I WIL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY OVER CHARGED ME $150 CO PAY FOR AN INJECTION I NEVER GOT. THE STAFF and Doctors are AWESOME, ACCOUNTING IS HORRIBLE.

Dr. Sajan and his staff took incredible care of me for over 6 years. I highly recommend them if you need their services.

All personal nurses, clerks, and doctors are excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Oh this visit I guess I was a guinea pig. There was a new doctor that filled my pain pump. He did a wonderful job. He only poked me once the doctors are nice and friendly they talk to you. Patricia downstairs is wonderful at the front door. She makes you smile no matter how much pain you’re in.

Had an epidural shot today to deal with my sciatica pain. The office staff were very efficient in making the calls to schedule the procedure and to get it in order. The clinical staff and nurses inside where the shot was administered, were very careful, very friendly, and took care every step of the way. Dr Scott Sherman, gave the numbing shot, then the epidural shot with minimal pain and was pretty quick. Good experience for a difficult case. I've been in sciatica pain for nearly 2 months. Ii have been caught up in an administrative crisis and should have had a procedure on 8/11/23. The authorization department for this location seems inept and no care for the patient that is suffering. They call me about “coding”issues when they should be contacting the office of my Primary Physician. When I talk to the referral person at my Primary they state they have faxed everything to National Pain& Spine. I called Humana who has given me the Authorization numbers sent to the facility. I’ve called this office weekly and left voice mails for an Admin, for the scheduling department and NO ONE takes the time to call me back. I’ve left messages for a person named Gracie who handles the authorizations and not a word back from her. This has been the worst experience I’ve had as a patient in need of a service for a medical procedure to alleviate my pain issue. If Dr Sajan has an assistant why have they not even followed up to see why my procedure has not been scheduled. It seems no one cares about my issues as the patient. I’m filing a complaint with the compliance team and with Humana as I’m tired of waiting for this procedure to be scheduled!

Got to be there a half an hour earlier than your appointment. They made me reschedule. I was 15mins early and finished the paperwork. Upset the doc couldn't see me 4 mins after the scheduled time and could of done it in the room. Just feel like the receptionists are not helping the pain. Got about 2 weeks to see the doc and still in pain. Also I did do the paperwork online. I really don't know about this place yet. Not ood right now. I'm in extreme pain and have to wIt again.

I went for hip pain Dr. Saben treated me well. It is very difficult to call to schedule the injection, they answer from Dallas and the Clinic is in Winterpark, Fl.

I have had previous treatment with other pain management facilities and did not achieve good results. I've been with National Pain Institute probably for the past six maybe seven years if not more. I have found quality of life is better, the pain is managed better and I'm able to actually be more of myself than I was before coming there. Prior to coming there I literally was reduced to staying in bed all day rocking back-and-forth and crying because of the pain I was in and getting cold chills from the pain. I have several issues I have degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, Lymphedema, chronic pain, arthritis, etc. Everyone at the Winter Park office has been so kind to me and didn't make me feel like my pain was just in my head like the other pain management facility. They have taken my complaints seriously they ran the appropriate tests and they've given me the appropriate treatment when needed. I'll be forever thankful for them. I was deemed disabled back in 2010 and even though I'm still disabled and always will be at least I have more of an enjoyable life now.than when I was sitting in the middle of the bed rocking and crying because of pain. Both Dr Sajan and Jerry have taken such great care of me I cannot thank them enough. I don't know where I'd be today without NPI. I refer anyone who suffers with pain to them. I'd give more than 10 stars if I could. Very happy and Thankful for NATIONAL PAIN INSTITUTE doctors and staff.

I have gone to many Drs after getting my spinal injury and none compare to NPI. I get the best treatment from the minute I walk (or crawl) in the door. This company is made up of well trained professionals who give their very best to each and every patient. If you need help with a pain issue then try this place first.

This place is awesome and the staff is great and doctors are also top notch. All they aim to do is get you free if pain and back to living your life.

Dr. Sajan, M. D.and Nurse Practitioner Lotoya Elmes has provided many avenues for me to reduce my lower back, hips, legs, neck, and shoulder pain. They are very attentive, and even though it will never be cured, Lotoya has it managed in a professional way, that gives me enough relief that I can go about my daily life and can deal with it. All of the staff that I have had contact with, Sena, Tara, Patty, Jerry and all the rest of the staff, are very helpful, always they will great in a pleasant manner and do the utmost to help me if possible. I am a complicated patient, with many health issues. Lotoya has tried various treatments to find the ones that are most helpful, since I am a surgical risk and the treatments are not just to over medicate with drugs, and she is very astute in making sure that by testing on a regular basis, to make sure someone isn't abusing medication, or taking outside medication. I personally believe she really cares and always listens attentively to whatever I share with her
