This place is awful. Tried to call to schedule a pickup for work this morning and the guy hangs up on me. Attitude, at this point id rather walk then see them get my business

These people are rude and nasty towards their customers I called scheduled a ride from work was told 25 minutes then when I call after waiting passed the 25 minutes was told that I CALLED AND CANCELLED THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND NOW WONT ANSWER THE PHONE WOW

Rude and not good for business said that I was being rude and told me have a nice time walking but I found a ride.

This overweight, drunk guy with a wrinkled face came up to me and started giving me an attitude for no reason. I pulled into the lot and walked up to my window, basically telling me to get off the property because they were doing shift change. I can't stand people who live life with a chip on their shoulders. Get over it already. I was in and out of the parking lot in 4 minutes.

Extremely rude. They post a now hiring ad on indeed for taxi drivers, so I call about applying. First dude gives me attitude for calling the dispatch line (only number on the website/hiring posting), and says to call back between 5 am to 5 pm. I call back and a lady answers and is as nasty of a human being I’ve ever spoken to (2: 12 pm call time on saturday the 30th) and tells me this is dispatch line and just tells me to come in person. I try to ask her common sense questions (what time, when will manager be there, how job works) and she acts extremely annoyed with me. I hope the supervisors can listen in on this call and fire her. This is not how you treat applicants. Especially when this is the only number listed for the applicant to reach you! So then I call later and try to explain myself (5: 27 pm) and dude hangs up on me. So then I call later and a polite guy apologizes and says to come in on Monday.

So fast forward to today. It’s Monday- I call to let them know I’ll be there around 5, and a bitter middle aged woman answers and gives me all this nasty attitude that the job posting has been taken down from indeed and that they’re not hiring anymore. Okay. That’s fine. But why are you being so rude to me when I’m just following up politely. You can tell me politely. Instead of acting irritated at me for calling you when it’s the only way to reach you

Nasty bitter people taking their misery out on others. Never seen anything like it. Disgusting!

Made my wife very uncomfortable and scared to be in the van alone with her driver. I had to say on the phone with her the whole time because she was so scared.

The dispatcher gave me an attitude and hung up on me twice when I told him I was being FOLLOWED

I'm an employed driver for this business. Call n ask for n request me by name. 4 now I'm ur daily daytime chauffeur, soon hopefully nites!

I will never ever call these people again. I called for a friend to get a ride and they never showed or answered when we called them. Don’t waist your time and call some else

Called to schedule a ride for my son who had to go to work. I gave him 3 hours notice and and no one showed.

They are always on time, day and night. And so friendly and professional. Ask fir Kevin during the day and Alexander at night. They are the best people!

Hi my name is Connie my ride with national taxi was absolutely one of the best taxi rides that I had the man was very nice very explanatory the price was a very very relatively very good price I would refer national taxi to anybody that I know if they don't know their number all you got to do is Google it it comes right on up they just moved from Merritt Island thank you have a great day God bless
