Have dumped here many times, but I will avoid them like the plague moving forward. Rushed all the way from St Pete to dump a fence panel. Had to wait for 2 dump trailers to exit, so they saw me waiting, still had a few minutes till close after the trailers left and they denied me entrance. Had to cut and bag on the side of the road while still on the clock to not have to do it for free on my time when I got home and placed it with my trash. Bunch of POS, uncaring people. Not that it matters, they won’t read, won’t care if they do read and won’t hurt from my lost biz cause they are the only game in town. Thanks for nothing from a past loyal customer. Have a nice life.

Says they close at 4: 30… got there at 4: 20… said I needed to be there by 4: 15! Change your damn hours to 4: 15 then! Horrible customer service

Decent place just had to wait in line for a bit. But prices aren’t bad.

This place is a nice local dump. My only complaint is for how long they’ve been open I’m sure they could of found a way to put a second scale in. It would cut line time and easily double trucks coming in.

It cost me $46 to dump a van Load of cardboard boxes when their sign says $25. I wouldn't waste your time or money here! Go elsewhere!

Long lines and long wait times. Most visits take an hour to two hours to wait in line and dump anything. Minimum dump fee is 39 dollars. Skip a visit to National Waste Management and go to the county dump off of Hays Road in Hudson. They are never busy, never had to wait in a line, and their fees are less then half of the cost of National Waste Management. NWM HS also instituted a fuel charge as well as an environmental charge. These are business operations costs and shouldn't be passed onto the consumer.

I have never had any issues … where else can you go in the area for the same services. They are normal people under normal people conditions.mitch b will always support
