The worst service by far!
This “company” just cost me over $5000 because Erica “didn’t see” the 1099 that was scanned in the email so she didn’t report it on my tax return! They tried to blame us by saying we sent several emails- lies! One email only.
They literally told us not to do anything and not to take to the IRS and to wait for the letter, guess what happened when the letter arrived.
They offered $500 for next year services, ignoring the $5000 we need to pay then they didn’t answer the phone Raquel the
Secretary is super rude! And the owner Is a joke. They are definitely not professionals. The services are absolutely terrible.

I had a terrible experience with this company even though it was recommended by a colleague. I called explaining that I was a potential new customer looking for assistance with my taxes. I was given access to the client portal and uploaded my documents. An appointment for a phone call was made during which we were supposed to go over everything. On the day of the appointment after a lot of confusion I was told that the company is too busy and unable to assist me. This was a few days before the tax deadline. I waited a month for the appointment with all my documents ready. I could have easily found a different company or found a different solution during that time. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a business. Unfortunately I cannot recommend their services at all.

The worst experience of my life! First of all, I would like to know if Mrs. Raquel Cerro is really an accountant. She doesn't know what she's doing, she wants to put what she wants.
