Terrible company. I placed an order online for hearing aids through my dashboard. I took their online test. Weeks later they canceled my order with no notification to me. I only discovered when a credit appeared on my credit card statement. The entire experience with them so far has been awful.

I had to deal with this company when I worked for an Audiologist. They are just horrible! Customer Service is terrible and the phone wait times are hours to talk to anyone. Their product is junk! Please don't waste your money And put audiology places in a bad position to deal with them.

If there was a zero star option I'd pick it. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 60 years of life! Every single time you call you're on hold at least an hour, their computer process of turning in paperwork or requests for the provider to access never works. Trying to get my 88 year old mother hearing aids and can't get anywhere with this third party insurance that Florida Blue has conveniently given us so that people will give up and they won't have to pay their covered costs! I've never seen such a farce in all my life! BEWARE consumer! Stay far far away!

Every criticism you read.you should believe. I ordered my hearing aids through a wonderful lady in Adrian MI and when the hearing aids showed up, they were missing essential components on one of the units. No ear piece.just the receiver. She tried to get it resolved with NationsHearing and all they did was send an email to the factory. I spend a couple of hours on the phone today trying to get something done and was disconnected.put in queue, transferred, promised a call back I didn't get and finally I spoke with a "supervisor" who told me he would send a request to the outbound (only) sales department who would get back to me within 48 hours. I will be contacting Aetna and begging them to change providers as they are the sole source for hearing aids for Aetna Medicare. I am furious at how I have been treated.not by my local provider but by NationsHearing. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE! If you must use them, exercise great patience as you're gonna need it.

I have Aetna medical insurance. I am forced to use my 1250$ per ear benefit at NationsHearing. HN partners with Aetna. I can get two very good hearing aids at Costco with a warranty and service plan for 1600$. At HN my quote for nearly identical equipment was 4500$. If nothing changes at NH I will be going to Costco in 2024. Not a benefit!

This was a good thing that Aetna had going. 18 months ago I was fitted with a midrange set of hearing aids at ZERO cost.
Today I was told the same set of hearing aids would be $2,000 with Aetna paying the same as before. I know Uncle Joe has been driving prices up but almost doubling the price in 18 months? Someone's got their eye on a new boat or mansion.

Aetna's not the bad guy here it's Nation's. Aetna can't address it if they are not aware of it the bait and switch going on.
For others that have been subjected to this thievery I ask that you call Aetna Customer Service and file a grievance.
Their phone number is on your benefit ID card. Keep in mind they can't address the issue if they are not aware of it

The Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. Too much to list. I will order from Amazon. It’s worth paying for to not have to deal with them!

I bought hearing aids from a provider in Malvern, PA. She could not adjust them properly. When I went to return them, she was so rude to me and she was so furious, she wouldn't even speak to me. Ear molds that should cost about $40 each.she charged me $100 each and I could not return or use them on any other aids. Horrible experience! Been using Costco. More affordable and more professional! Go figure.

Every provider in their network in my area is a Beltone store who do not adjust my current Oticon brand. I needed a hearing test which is covered under my insurance in order to bring the test results to an oticon dealer who could adjust them (at a charge because they aren't in the Nationshearing network) The audiologist through Nationshearing told me they would not give me my hearing test results because I wasn't going to get Beltone hearing aids.

I called Nationshearing and quickly received an appointment with Allison at Ear-to Hear. Allison did my hearing test. The test showed I needed hearing aids.
I was not allowed to have my information nor a price list to take home. The prices from Nationshearing are $1500-$1700 more than other similar aids.
Aetna, my insurance only uses Nationshearing! I suggest they go with an option similar to buying glasses or dental, where they give a reimbursement for the product. Nationshearing’s prices are not cost effective.

They apparently changed their customer service to customer disservice. Phone messages not returned, emails not answered. If you're thinking about buying their product, just know that they will gladly sell you hearing aids but if you have any problems, there is no one to talk to, their warranty is probably worthless. Don't walk away from this company, run away.

Terrible service overall. My insurance works with them to get them to handle patients hearing benefits. I honestly believe they should reconsider that. Nations first claimed that the provider did not send the hearing aid choice to them, called the provider to find out that was not true. Every phone call with one of their reps has been contradictory to which, ever rep I spoke to before. After the 5+ call with them the past two weeks the one I spoke with today told me to call my insurance, I did. Found out from them they weren't suppose to do that. Nations has been incompetent thus far.

As a provider- I would give them negative stars. Absolutely no customer service. You can't speak to anyone there. I am on hold now regarding a patient question and it has been 20 minutes and still no "experience advisor. "

Connect Hearing was recommended by Nations Hearing.
Paid for hearing aid on March 1,2023. Through a series of blunders and five visits to Connect Hearing in Atlanta, I requested a full refund. The refund authorization was issued April 21. To date I have not received a refund. I have checked with Connect Hearing numerous time as well as American Express. Today, a regional manager from Connect Hearing got involved and assured me the credit has been issued as he personally contacted their bank to make sure the paperwork has been completed correctly. It now appears the hold up is between their bank and American Express. I was told by American Express to wait a few more days to see if credit shows up. If it does not they will file a dispute.

Absolute worst customer service ever. They change numbers and extensions, on hold forever, then get disconnected. Supposed to have 3 years batteries and supplies, what good is that if you can't get ahold of them? No website to order either

Poor service to start with. I am required to use them with my AETNA healthcare plan. It has been three weeks trying to get my lost hearing aids replaced. Countless phone calls, time "on hold". And still not resolved. Avoid this company if you can! Aetna take note.
