7Didn’t fix my car AND got a gave me a new big hole in my leather seat that they claim came from a varment living in my car. The only way an animal got in was at their facility! We set traps once we got home and nothing. No animal droppings no nothing. Terrible sevice and dishonest!
Thank you Nationwide and Lee. As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate it when another business owner works with me to limit downtime on a vehicle which in turn limits downtime to my business. My experience was a best case scenario for a situation that I wasn’t happy about being in (is anyone happy when they need a major repair?) and that is all I can ask/ hope for.

Great service, wonderful to find an honest shop. Lee helped correctly identify the problem that another shop misdiagnosed and saved me from having to replace a transmission. Highly recommend.
