The drivers picked up my son's car on a Monday afternoon in Pennyslvania and delivered it by Wednesday evening in perfect condition. I was thoroughly impressed with Nationwide.

I liked that I had good communications with the company and they were able to solve several problems that arose.

The representatives of Nationwide Transport Services were knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the entire experience. They were patient and helpful in determining a timeframe which would work for us. The car was delivered in a timely manner. We appreciate the communication from both the office staff and the driver.

I was working with Antonio, Although we hit some snags along the way (through no fault of his own) Antonio help me through it. We worked together and got the job done. I will recommend Antonio and Nationwide to anyone.

Going to make this Short and Simple. Quoted from Jason who I believe is the Ceo or whatever. “ Pete if You wanted a guarantee then you should have called Fedex” those were the words emailed to me from said Owner or whatever he is. I have email copy with much orher unpleasant words. Was lied to numerous times, left hanging for days at the hotel and never contacted as promised. Highly recommend anyone else. Thank you Jason With customer service like yours you will be out of business very soon.

I used Nationwide Transport Services to ship two vehicles from Seattle to Hawaii. Everything went very smoothly. Drop off was easy. The hardest part was getting the vehicles down to a quarter tank. Make sure your prepared for that one. We had to drive both vehicles four hours around Seattle and back to Olympia and back to Seattle to run off the extra gasoline in our tanks. Really hard to do on fuel efficient uent cars by the way. We had a month to do it, but I was trying not to drive the cars for fear of jinxing them or something like that. In Hawaii everything went very smoothly. I had all the paperwork I could need, but ultimately they said we make sure people get their papers in order because they’ll need it to register and it’s best tobregister within 30 days of arrival. So we’re going to take care of all that next week. The cars arrived in mint condition. I guess a
nationwide is a middleman between you and matson. They had the best shipping quote we received everyone else was about $100 more. We spoke with a very sweet lady in Florida. Everything went better than expected and the cars arrived on time or a bit earlier.

Went through four truckers to get load moved but Jacob did an excellent job finding the next when one would fail.

Everything went well except initially I expected vehicle pickup on a Thursday but changes occurred to cause me to have to choose a different pickup time, or I might have had to wait much longer than expected. Everything else went well with the move.

Jason at Nationwide Transport is the man to talk to. We have been using them since 2011. I have referred multiple clients across the country who all use Nationwide for all of their transportation. Give them a shot, and you will not be disappointed.

Driver was ontime. The quoting processes was quick and easy, give them the start and end zipcode, the weight and size dimensions, and they call you back with a fair price. Just like it should be.
