Natura Eatery reviews
17Wow, delicious! We came here twice while in Miami on a trip and were amazed by the service and quality of food!
I ordered the protein-pizza WITHOUT ham as I‘m vegetarian. When I opened the box at home I saw that there was ham on the pizza so I could not eat it.
I complained that issue within the official feedback-mail and sent this feedback to a manager, but I did not get any answer yet (ca.one week after my order).
Expensive for the portions and quality of food. Wraps and açaí are the best things here. Waffles and pizza crust are what you would buy from the super market. Bowl portions are super small. If you are going to eat here, the wraps and the desserts are the best.
We need more healthy places like this! Perfect for an after gym meal, they prioritize protein. Gluten-free pizzas are definitely a must! The staff is always nice and very attentive
The food was amazing! We had a protein pizza and a salmon bowl! The waffles were awesome as a dessert, so fluffy and delicious. We also tried the smoothies the dragon fruit and berries, they were so nice! Totally recommend it to go for a date, or just to try delicious food!
Ps: I really like it that’s located near the metro mover, so we can get there after a short ride from Brickell!
When I went to natura, everyone was very nice, patient and help explain everything and I got to meet the backpack kid when I was there. A cool and unexpected add-on to my experience! Oh and the food is actually good!
I was on a trip in miami for halloween looking for things to do and i saw Back Pack kids post about this place so i decided to check it out. The environment was clean with good vibes, food felt light and healthy and everyone was hospitable. I also got to meet backpack and his agent which was pretty cool and they were both great people. Savo47, back pack kids agent, also gave me more information about the area and the restaurant which only made me more intrigued. Solid experience, definitely coming back.
Such a cute place but the portions are way too small for the price. Maybe it was what we ordered. My chi latte was basically in a shot glass. The empanadas are really good and the service is great.
I came to Natura Eatery for the first time and tried out the Keto Dragon Fruit Smoothie and Protein Pizza. Both were incredibly delicious! Super healthy and tastes amazing. The vibes are great as well~ definitely will be coming back:)
The best place to have a healthy minded lunch wrap or salad, get some great poke bowls to go if you're in a rush, indulge in some amazing coconut pancake for breakfast or get that wellness shot in before a workout or yoga class in Wynwood or Edgewater. Love coming here as it's location is perfectly situated between Midtown (Design District area) and Wynwood all the way down to Biscayne / Brickell area.
They offer a wide variety of 'on the spot' made organic juices as well as a diverse menu of smoothies for pre or post workout gains. Or get yourself a refreshing Acai bowl with all the fresh fruit toppings.
One of the top selling items is their cauliflower crust pizza - who knew that cauliflower would be so delicious.
Love coming here now for the last two plus years, great customer service.
Great location for chill vibes and delicious, healthy food.
We had the acai bowl and kale salad. Each entree was delicious and the service received was prompt and extremely friendly.
Will definitely return next time I'm in this area of Miami!
Breakfast wrap felt great and tasty after the gym. Very good portions, specially the Berry toast! Good variety and choices, Will try their energy shots and salads next time. Perfect spot to for an healthy and tasty day!
Food was delicious, healthy and fresh. Service was very friendly. I had ordered the Kale and Roasted Vegetable Salad with grilled chicken and a ginger turmeric shot. The menu had a ton of vegan and vegetarian options. I will definitely be back! I will definitely be back.
Pricey but totally worth it, food was delicious! I had the breakfast bowl that has salmon, arugula, feta cheese & 2 boiled eggs, that came with an espresso. Service was lovely.
I was not informed about an automatic gratuity before paying. As someone not from here this was a shock as I always leave something, even for fast casual places like this. We got avo toast, a veggie wrap, and a bowl. We also had one juice and a coffee. I was charged $75 and the food was good but not worth that. My wrap came with 5 tiny crackers, the micros on everything were wilting, the chicken was dry. And beyond everything I feel deceived about the charges. It does not say anywhere about this and I hope others read this to make them make an educated decision on coming here.
A few things, firstly, why my drink (Tropical drink) and a coffee take 40 minutes? The food is good but damn the service is so slow. Usually, people want to drink coffee before eating, lol. I just finished my pizza and the drink is still not here. I asked for the drink and they said it should be here soon. By the way, and there are only 2 tables occupied so its not like they are busy or something like that.
Just left this place a few minutes ago and it seemed legit until I got my receipt and was overcharged. When I asked the cashier about my total before I paid he ignored me and I felt something was off but didn't think much of it, since the prices were clearly displayed. When I was charged and looked at the screen at my total, I insisted to get my receipt (attached on this review) and noticed that I got charged a 10% gratuity even for a take out order! When I questioned the cashier about this, again I was ignored. $2 doesn't seem like a big deal but knowing that they are doing this to maybe around 200 customers a day, that equates to $400 in STOLEN money per day x 30 days = $12,000 in STOLEN MONEY per month which is $144,000 in STOLEN MONEY per year from this SCAM! I don't know about you but I will never support a business that steals money from it's customers and they are already wayyyy overpriced to begin with.
P. S.they will also push you to order a super overpriced $12 juice if you don't order a drink which you can see from my receipt I didn't buy they tried to scam me on this too!
