An employee allows his dog to chase community cats and off the leash at 1030 at night while I was trapping for the community TNR program. Yes he was driving a work van NATURAL ART AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN and I have left two messages and have yet to get a returned call. Still waiting! 0 STARS. I warned him. I will personally get his name.
