They have sprinkler systems that come up at different times of the day and they absolutely flood your porch straight at your door

They towed my vehicle saying a homeless man was sleeping in it when I was away, and found a way to justify it saying I had no parking permit. I moved before the month rent was done. I feel vulnerable there. Lots of people had no parking permit, and I was singled out. I payed the land lord for the permit before I moved in too.

I like that it has access to a pool and a small room suitable for a gym. It has its station with some food and printing stores like UPS. The bad thing is that there are many problems to receive parcels.
