Dr. Navarro and stuff are awesome.office is very clean and tidy. Very welcoming. I made my first visit in August and was seen prominently as a new patient. Dr. Navarro is very thorough and never leaves a stone unturned. He always orders testing when you have a concerns. My husband whom has little trust in doctors is amazed by Dr. Navarro and how he cared for my husband on day one.if your looking for a doctor that will listen and help you with your medical care. Dr. Navarro is your provider. Everyone I have referred to him has the same feeling I do about this office.

The office does not respond to mesages promtly, whether voicemail or via the patient portal. We left a mesage once on Saturday with an urgent question, the office did not respond until the following Wednesday! We made appointments to see the physician, we were assigned to see the physician assistant (PA) instead. In one instance, the PA messed up the procedures badly, which required multiple follow-ups. In another instance, the PA did not at all inform or warn us about the side effects of a medicine that was prescribed to us. We were told about the side effects after seeing a specialist, and we later told Navarro about it. Navarro is rude and arrogant. He shrugged it off as no big deal, and was very offended when we brought it up to him.

I'm not a patient but my mom is- she called me to brag about how phenomenal everyone here is and I had to leave a review ~ Doctor and staff! Mom was running out of medication and you folks saved the day and were so kind about it! I cannot say enough kind words about your office. Thank you so so so much!?

I really appreciate how caring and observant Dr. Navarro is! I visited today to get established and told him how stressed out I had been about a certain skin growth and he was on top of the matter right away. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant. Visiting doctors is usually the last thing I want to do but now I will actually look forward to going just to visit Navarro and his awesome team!

I have been to see Dr. Navarro twice in the last 3 weeks. His staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Navarro listens intently to understand what I am experiencing and puts a plan together. He was very willing to pursue labs and testing to help ease and rule out any fears I was having. I believe his desire is optimal health and healing for all of his patients.

After 6 years I finally decided to see a doctor about a few issues I have pushed off for so long and I am so happy I choose Dr. Navarro’s office! All the staff were unbelievable nice and welcoming. Dr. Navarro was absolutely the best doctor I have seen and very professional and well knowledgeable. I felt that he truly wanted to solve my issues but not just the simple way of prescribing medication, which meant a lot! After a few appointments, he figured out all my issues related to my sleep and now all my problems are being solved slowly! I am truly grateful for Dr. Navarro and his office!

The best Dr office I have been too where you feel like they care about your issues and want to help. The front desk was so sweet answering any questions and was so helpful. The Nurses were also great Dr Ricardo Navarro is an awesome Dr with great staff if you are looking for an awesome Dr come here you will not regret it.

Docotr Navarro has been a great professional thus far, very thorough, spends time on you and answers any questions you have. He has very good energy which helps with calming the nerves of a doctors visit. I would and DO definitely recommend coming here

Wow…what an incredible office of hardworking and dedicated staff. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. Every person I spoke to made me feel important and that I was being listened to. Dr. Navarro is the first doctor I have ever had to take the time with me to discuss anything and everything I was concerned with. I truly felt seen and heard and it meant the world to me. I am recommending Dr. Navarro to anyone and everyone…a truly life changing experience.

Being out of pocket (no insurance so I'm self pay) finding a good local physician for a primary care doctor is tough. A year ago we established ourselves with Navarro Medical. Melissa Mosier and Dr. Navarro are amazing! The staff is so wonderful aswell. Super easy to work with and getting in for appointments is a breeze. The cost out of pocket is very affordable and won't break the bank either! Even with our child who has medicaid goes there but since her "provider" isn't in their coverage I still choose Navarro Medical over her original doctor in lakeland. When you find the right practice you stick with that practice! And I found ours with Navarro Medical! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so pleased with the treatment received from Dr. Navarro, D. O. The osteopathic approach to medicine definitely made a bad day much better. I was experiencing sharp pains around my rib with every breath. I was afraid it was a fracture, or worse, and expected to be sent for radiology scans, or to appointments with specialists. Dr. Navarro knew exactly what it was and what to do about it. He performed an osteopathic pressure technique on the area, which within a minute or two totally relieved the pain. I don't know how he did it, but I do know that I walked into his office frightened and in pain and walked out 30 minutes later pain free. Thank you Dr. Navarro and thanks to staff for getting me in so quickly.

I finally found a doctor that cares. He is extremely through and made sure I was heard. I finally have a real doctor to fix my medical issues and not just give me pills and send me out the door. If your looking for good medical care reach out to Doctor Navarro. You will not be disappointed!

Doctor Navarro and his staff are top notch! Building is new and clean, friendly front office staff who are fast and efficient during appointments. This location also offers pediatric service for the little ones when they’re not feeling well!
