This is my second webster chiropractor experience during a pregnancy. My first pregnancy was a singleton and I continued to suffer hip pain, sciatic nerve pain, and pelvic pain up until the end. I chose to switch practices and picked Navigate for my 2nd pregnancy with twins. I’m in the office less than I was with my first pregnancy and experiencing no pain in my joints and nerves! The whole team is incredibly knowledgeable but not in an intimidating way. I believe one of the reasons I’m still as physically active late in my 3rd trimester with twins is due to the care I’ve received from Navigate. I highly recommend being proactive and seeing a chiropractor before your pain is debilitating.

I started coming here about 6 weeks ago and had never been to a chiropractor before. Was petrified, actually.
I had a nagging gym injury that was making my day to day not only miserable, but near unmanageable. I could barely lift a laundry basket!
A friend at my gym recommended Navigate, and I am so happy I came here. The progress is real and I am definitely feeling better. Looking forward to continuing to work with them on my journey to become the best version of me that I can become!

I haven’t personally been here yet, but I’ve heard amazing things about navigate health & Wellness. This place was actually recommended by another chiropractor in the Miami area who is a friend of mine. I needed somewhere that was closer to home who I can trust. I can’t wait to bring my whole family here, including my 4 month old! If you’re looking for a good chiro this is the place.

Love love love this place! Such great doctors who truly care for their patients! I’ve been going for quite some time now and I can truly say if you are on the fence about giving them a try, just go for it. You will not be disappointed. They also have this awesome little play room for those of you with children, so that is a plus!

I started seeing Dr. Kaylee and Dr. Kace with my son last year for preventative care and was immediately impressed! They make us feel like family and truly care about our health and well being. I ended up getting pregnant and they helped me through my entire pregnancy and now take care of my new baby as well. I even got my husband to start going! Highly recommend if you are looking for a good holistic chiropractor.

I have used two chiropractors before Navigate, one in Tampa and another in Delray Beach. What sets Navigate apart in my opinion is the per visit personal feedback and the patient education as well as the functional goals. I highly recommend even if you don’t have pain, you would more likely than not benefit from wellness based chiropractic care.

One of the first things you read (see) when you visit their website is “Create Generational Health” and that’s exactly what they are providing for our family, three generations deep (Grandma, Daughter and Granddaughter) I can attest that the care they have provided has brought about positive changes in my life and lifestyle. I’m able to move around more freely and pain free and strongly encourage you to give them a try. You won’t know until you go.

My medical doctors said there is nothing they could do. EXCEPT that they could give me pain medicine to "cover up" the pain. I chose not to do that! I am so happy that I saw a Facebook ad and came to Navigate.
I was so impressed my husband came with me the next week. We are a Navigate couple! We drive an hour each way 1 to 2 times a week and I wish they had an office closer! I am pleased to say Navigate has improved my neuropathy at a minimum of 50%. I love them!

I had tendonitis on my right knee and my hip with a very bad limp and my knee was going inward with every step. The chiropractic treatment plus the Softwave tissue therapy help me not just with the pain but I don't have any limp and I'm walking straight

From the moment I walked into Navigate I felt at home. I started coming when I was 20 weeks pregnant experiencing severe sciatic pain and numbness in my hands. Dr. Kaylee along with her team gave me a very thorough consultation and exam when I walked out of my first appointment I felt like there was hope not only to relieve my pain but hope that I would get through my pregnancy and that’s exactly what I did. Not only did they help relieve my pain they gave me the tools to continue my care at home and build me with confidence throughout my pregnancy. After I had my daughter, she started coming in to get adjusted we were having trouble nursing and by her second adjustment my daughter was able to latch for the first time it was really special! Now my whole family comes to Navigate they have improved our quality of life in so many ways. They genuinely care about the people who walk in their door. It’s very rare to see. I’m forever grateful for them!

My very first visit to chiropractor at Navigate H&W. I was just hoping to feel better I’m very athletic person in less then month I have more flexibility and mobility and sleeping better at 67 feel stronger every day! That’s to the Navigate Doctors & Team! Just GO you won’t regret it!

This place is wonderful! Everyone on staff is so helpful and welcoming! In just a short period of time I have gone from headaches almost daily and needing meds, to hardly getting headaches and meds free! I have improved my sleep quality and have way more energy!

I’ve used several chiropractors and navigate health and wellness is hands-down the best I’ve ever been to! They take their time to get to the root issues of problems instead of just a quick fix! Dr. Kace and his wife are so knowledgeable an explain everything. The facility is clean, organized, and they use top of the line equipment. I cannot recommend them enough!
