We used this shipper for sending a single framed 19th century painting from Fort Myers to California. The service was excellent. A quote was given over the phone after stating size (3 ft.by 2.5 ft.) and declaring a value. I called three shippers and their quote was the best. The painting was picked up by Navis employees the next day and arrived at its destination several days early, despite it being the holiday period. At first emails from Navis informed us of the progress of the operation. Once shipped, via FedEx, we tracked it online via the FedEx site. The packing seemed to me fine, with multiple layers of protection. The painting arrived without any damage and I look forward to using Navis Pack and Ship again.
