6 For some reason their ATM's are the slowest I've experienced. Plus it seems that they can't accept a deposit in the weekend quite often.
Their other services are typically what you expect, friendly and helpful.
Tellers are not helpful or friendly. They need costumer service trainning. Always have issues in this specific branch.
They do get the job done but aren't as friendly as Navy Federal, Atlantic Beach Fl. Staff at both places are very knowledgeable this one just lacks being personable. But over all GREAT SERVICE!
Tellers don't pay attention to what you tell them. Twice they have withdrawn funds from the wrong accounts.
I visit this location quite frequently and I have to say that it is a fine establishment that works hard to provide their guests with a welcoming experience. The only reasons why I provided this location with a 4 star review instead of 5 is purely because I believe that the speed of their workers could be improved and there has been about three to four times I visited this location to see that their atms were down. Overall the location is fairly clean and in a very convenient location for residents.
Nothing closing the lobby just to send everything then the drive through and not be able to process everything. Useless bank
