I am going to have to stop using this bank! It takes literally three days got transactions to post never showing me what my true balance is resulting in me overspending. It wasn’t like this before. On top of that when I have refunds I don’t think they are putting the cash in my available balance! I’m going to go over all of my statements because I think they are stealing my money or something

I have been a navy federal member for over 10 years sad to say they have stolen over $2000 from me during a pledge loan none of the employees have the same understanding of this product! They are literally all over the place and no one wants to honor the terms of the pledge loan agreement and return my funds! They claim they do not have the ability to see my savings balance and due to their lack of knowledge I am out of 2500$ bucks and they refuse to escalate the situation even though some colleges see what the problem is it’s almost like a cult they know they’re eating but won’t properly educate eachother so good customers don’t have to go through this! I am livid and will be backing else where

The layout has changed at some credit unions. Somehow, an open concept design vs.a wall between the customers is changing how we bank. I really prefer my account to be accurate and loans available. I had an issue with this bank many years ago. I returned with two business accounts and a personal account. I miss the local feeling, though. Chatting with a person one-on-one about finances has gone away. Now, the loan information is submitted online, and a decision is rendered by someone or thing. Sometimes, you just want that southern Mayberry feeling we used to call customer service.

I went to cosign on a loan for my daughter and needed to change a ripped $100 bill.
The wait for the loan officer was moderate compared to other times that I had transactions in the same place.
The lady who completed the application was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process and did a good job on the loan, which was approved. However, at one point, she had to call another department and they were very slow to help her. That made the transactions longer and I was in a rush.
The one thing that she was not able to do was to change the ripped bill because she forgot about that, and I was a little upset about it.
Good experience overall.
