Navy Federal Credit Union, Jacksonville FL

I’d give this bank zero stars but that’s not an option. They do not care about you or their militants. They train people with wrong information and expect you to follow up on them. I will never recommend this credit union to anymore ever! There are way too many other facilities that care about their customers.

The fact that you they reduced lobby hours with out posting online, I have my entire family opening up accounts and personal information is a serious thing, I do NOT want to upload my information over unsecured network, and yet I rush over to have nothing to show for it.the tellers in the drive thru can't help me! To have my entire family join and to have so many steps to go through, the experience so far has been underwhelming to say the least! Maybe I should go with USAA

Horrible experience, I see why they have the lowest rating of all the other locations. They are not trained correctly when performing transactions. They lied on me to cover there own mistakes!

The worst customer care. I got scammed and filed the police report like they said to do over the phone. I go in there with my case # and they said I’m responsible for paying back the money that got scammed from me. No longer using this bank they’re a bunch of crooks. Way to treat a veteran on his birthday. Go call heywood.

Like the location. The Avenues Mall is within literally, a minute away. Of course, during light traffic.

Been an NFCU member 30 yrs. Moved to the area a few months ago. Had to obtain a new check card, and a few checks w/o address until I can find permanent housing. Customer service was great and had no problems with obtaining either at this branch. This location offers debit cards on site, so no waiting 7-10 business days to receive in the mail. Highly recommend NFCU to others who are eligible. Kudos!

Wow. Closed at 5pm, even the drive thru? AND i cant take more than 400 out per day at an atm. Ill be banking elsewhere now.

Thanks so much for sending me to the St John's Bluff location to use their machine to get my change counted even though it was also out of order only to find out when I got there that now I need to go to the Regency branch. Been over a week, please fix your machine or at least change the sign so customers aren't wasting time and gas going to a location that is just the same. You know what I'm talking about.

The best customer service. Fraud protection on credit and debit cards superior. They stopped a fraudulent transaction before it went thru and issued me a new card immediately. There investment department and home and auto loan rates are the lowest I have seen. They definitely work with you.

Top notch customer service. Wait times on my visits are always less than 5 minutes. Personable staff.
