Neighborhood Advance Tax, Kissimmee FL

I am writing to WARN! Everyone to stay away from this NEIGHBORHOOD ADVANCE TAX! This place is VERY unprofessional.
I got audit from the IRS and was told by The OFFICE SO CALLED MANAGER ERICKA, to send her the audit paperwork and have been sending several email, left enough voice message and they are so unprofessional they don't have the descend to call or email you back. They also charge you $1000.00 to do your taxes. NO MATTER WHICH OFFICE YOU GO TO IN ORLANDO, KISSIMMEE OR POINCIANA. THEY ARE JUST THE SAME. THE ARE A REP OFF, UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never in my life gotten audit until I went to NEIGHBORHOOD ADVANCE TAX SERVICES. Please do your self a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. H&R BLOCK IS THE BEST COMPANY AND IF AUDITED THEY WILL STAND BEHIND YOU ALL THE WAY. Neighborhood Advance Tax charge you a $1000.00, give you a Voucher for a cruise and RUN AWAY AFTER THE MESS UP YOUR TAXES. It also happen to my son. I agree and feel the same as Adreanna Fordham.

Well where to I begin.unfortunately I had to give a 1 Star it shouldn’t even give me a option for giving them a star.last year I did turbo tax no problems this year I go to the neighborhood tax services in Kissimmee and I was supposed to get over 1000 in my return but only received a check for 300 1 month later I get a letter from good ole irs saying I’m being audited so after being on hold with irs for 2 hours I finally get someone on other line and come to find out I supposably have made 16,000 dollars in contributions I never ever have Erica who did my taxes lied to the irs I called her twice today and unfortunately she’s either afraid to answer her phone or isn’t at her office the irs gave me a number to call bout my problem with this so called tax service if I don’t here from her in a couple of days I’m gonna call the number that the irs gave me.worst place to do your taxes I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Next year it’s turbo tax

Went to office in poinciana just wanted to tell you all I am so happy I chose this company to file my tax return. Monika helped me out got me my max refund & free cruise as well. She also helped me set it up online and it was easy

This was my first time coming to Neighborhood advance tax, and I was assisted by Erica who did such an amazing job explaining everything to me and was very helpful with getting me my Max return. I would definitely recommend this location and I will be returning every year to file my return with Erica @ neighborhood advance tax.
