I had the pleasure of shopping at the Neiman Marcus located in Bal Harbour Shops recently, and it was indeed an experience I will never forget. While the store itself offers a wide variety of high-end fashion items, it was the customer service that genuinely set it apart.

Particularly, a sales associate named Kathy who went above and beyond to make my shopping experience smooth and convenient. Visiting the store for the first time, I wasn't exactly sure of how their curbside pickup service would pan out, but Kathy ensured that it was an effortless and swift process.

Amazing Experience! They gave me my pickup item immediately, and when I told them I had an issue with my order Cathy was able to assist and give me the solution I wanted. Would give a 10 if I could thanks to her!

It's amazing how much it has changed while remaining the same. It's a gorgeous exclusive store with am extremely polite and attentive staff. When it comes to their shoe collection, lee.just sat, meooooow

Extremely disappointed with this location. Came to the store on 12/27 and ordered a pair of shoes because they didn’t have my size. The SA assured me I would have it by 12/29. I didn’t receive any shipment confirmation or notification that the item was delayed. I don’t live here full time so obviously I needed the shoes by 12/29. I called the store and they just basically bounced me around between customer service and the shoe department. Neither were helpful, one associate from the shoe department was rude, and I have yet to cancel my order. If the shoes ship, they will be in holding until I come back, which is TBD at this point. While I understand that shipment delays happen, there is no excuse for poor customer service for such luxury items.
