I've truly only ever have had great experiences with this office & staff!
They are so kind and they always give 100% to my daughter. My daughter has ADHD, Touretts, a mood disorder, and OCD that have been diagnosed thus far and she's j/ 7! For a few years we tried several other doctors, none came close to being as good as Dr. Hasan, and I feel like we would still be swimming around in circles had we not found her! I'm grateful to call her OURS!

I have a three year old son with type 1 diabetes. We recently switched to this office after moving to Florida from North Carolina. I truly feel like no one at this office cares about his well being. He has not revived his prescription in almost 3 months. There is a bad line of communication between the prescription supplier and this doctors office, and the doctors office has given me no help to fix it. I’ve made so many phone calls over the last few months trying to figure out how to get his prescription, and almost every time I call the doctors office I get no call back. I can only talk to a receptionist, they won’t put me through to anyone else. They don’t call back to check on us and see if the prescription went through, nothing. I’m so disappointed. He is a little boy and luckily I have extra supplies but he is close to running out, meanwhile I’ve told his doctor this several times and have heard nothing from them. Whenever I called his doctor in North Carolina I’d immediately be put through to a nurse, and they’d help me sort out any issue right away. Type 1 is a life threatening disease, and I’d expect an endocrinology office to have a little more empathy when is comes to that, especially when it’s concerning a sweet little boy.

Horible scheduling team, they don't know who takes care of what, waiting 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, called me 3 times to ask for info and after 2 weeks I was told I can't be seen. No compation, no urgency.
Wasted precious time. Please go somewhere else, they don't need clients they are too busy to care about your child.

To me as a kid, I think this Nemours is the best! The doctors are really nice and they are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is talkative! 5 Stars!

I at first was frustrated with Nemours because it took many days calling to get someone to answer and it took at times over 45 minutes to get on the line with a human to set up an appointment for my son.

Finaling after someone picked up they stated that I would have to first get papers filled out and returned to them before any appointment could be made, which delayed the much needed appointment.

After various papers and assessments, we were given a appointment to see Dr Hasan. And I couldn't be happier. She has been a breathe of fresh air! She cares about the patient, listens and asks questions to understand your child's needs, she is very kind and actually comes out to greet you and walk you to her office which I find to be a mannerism that many Doctors do not display in today's world.

My sons previous doctor pumped him with all sorts of medications without worrying about the side effects. But not Dr Hassan, she cares about the patient as a whole, and my son has been excelling in school and at home due to the wonderful changes. Will recommend her to anyone looking for a child behavioral doctor. Four stars only because they should give a second thought to the way they schedule appointments. Five stars if it was just about Dr Hasan.

Not only does the orthopedic PA have absolutely NO bedside manners, his assistant is just as bad. Brought my DD in for an injured ankle. PA poked, prodded, twisted and turned her foot while she was crying and screaming in pain. He paid absolutely zero attention to her needs and well being. He then continued the agony by belittling her and myself. When the Tech came in to fit her for a boot, he put her in a boot that is too small even after my protest. He then made my 10 year old tell him she was wrong about the boot not fitting (which it doesn't, her toes hang over the edge) he then made a comment about "Just like a woman, never admitting when they're wrong. " Over a week later, Not only are her foot and ankle even more swollen, but there is obvious bruising where the PA decided to poke and prod. I have never in my life been so irate with a medical professional. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere, save yourself and your child the pain and go elsewhere.

1 Star because the company is actually great and the new hospital built in my area is state of the art. And a second star because IF they actually get their act together and you have your appointment on time (versus 3 hours late) it’s actually quite pleasant. However, this facility in particular falls very short from the standard the other locations set. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING. You will be on hold for 20+ minutes just for the line to start ringing, someone picks up the line, and then hangs up. This has happened twice in a row so it’s impossible for it to be a fluke or by accident. It will take hours if not DAYS for a nurse or “educator” to give you a call back. Even in emergencies. The level of care is just non-existent and god forbid you give in and let the staff piss you off and become aggravated (which you will) they will be quick to tell you they will remove you from the practice and/or call the Health Department on you. It’s honestly been very, very frustrating with this office. So much so, that even though I live down the street I choose to go all the way Downtown where the service and level of care is DAY compared to this offices shadowy night. Don’t waste your time. This staff does not care about you, your time, or your children.

FYI Dr. Denham charged $777 for a 10 minute visit. I called to find out where this magical number came from; spoke with 6 different people who didn't know how to help me and 2 of them promised to call me back, but of course they did not. This feels like a scam!

Twenty minutes later and up teen menu options and I still can't reach a human. A radiology exam took 2 weeks to read and was never sent to the PCP.

Hopefully I'll never have to use this place not because it's a bad place but because of the nature of the place

My son has been dealing with Allergies. They have a great and child friendly business. Dr. Livingston is wonderful. When it wasn't possible to see him the Physician Assistant was. Super staff. From the time we walk in to the time we leave! Thank you, Nemours Staff

I needed a epiphany pen for my daughter so made appointment here. It took forever for us to get an appointment at this location that was not so good. But understandable, the front desk young lady was great the lady who checked us in was nice too. But after that it kind of went south. The doctor literally took over 45 mins to and 1hr to come in to room and listen to my child breath, look in her ears, mouth, then write up script.
Very disappointing

I will never take my son to Nemours again! I just called them and the nurse told me that a Doctor my son saw 3 years ago was not available until Fev 2017. I asked to change doctors and she told me that because my son saw that Dr. 3 years ago he cannot change doctor. Its not like the doctor is going to remember my son or anything. Absolutely ridiculous!
