Neptune Society was very responsive, respectful and helpful with my dad's cremation. Rakisha Pickett was a delight to work with at this sad time, and she made the process as pleasant as possible.

I highly recommend Neptune Society for cremation. All the staff performed professionally. I have received the remains of my wife and have placed them near our bed; I kiss her picture and the box of her remains every day. She feels near.

I completed my order online. The process was clear and easy. That being said, there was an unknown to me internet glich. A representative contacted me and the problem was explained and quickly resolved. I was able to download a copy of the paperwork/contract and a hard copy was later received via mail. I also received a beautiful memorial box.

When my Dad went on hospice I called Neptune to help me prepare for his passing. It was the best thing I did for myself and my family. When he passed the hospice nurse called them and Neptune took care of everything - I mean everything. I visited the office once to finalize cremation and arrangements then again to pick up his ashes. The process was seamless and stress free. Everyone was kind and caring. My husband and I are planning to use this service ourselves when we pass to make the process stress free for our children too.

Although my husband had his funeral planned and paid for previously, the staff at the Neptune Society handled everything so professionally, and made it easy on me during this stressful time.

Rakisha and the entire staff in Jacksonville were amazing. The nurse in ICU contacted NS within minutes of my wife’s passing and I was contacted quickly. She guided me through everything from paperwork to death certificates to the cremation process which in Florida is slow moving. We had picked out some items like necklaces etc and Rakisha personally took care of it all. If you want a foolproof, caring process they are the people to call. I have mine set up already and have I encouraged friends and family to do the same. Even though my wife was battling cancer we were shocked when everything went wrong in a few days. I’m so glad we had done this years earlier.

My FIL purchased this service many years ago in Summerfield Florida. When we used it to complete his wishes the process was really easy. All our questions were quickly answered and everyone was really nice to work with.
