Nespresso Boutique Miami Macy's

I’ve been here many times; in the morning and in the early afternoon. It’s close to work and convenient but I think I come here for the way it makes me feel to go there.
Everyone is courteous and kniwledgeable but my personal favorite barista is Jose.
There are often lines here and chose always makes an announcement apologizing and stating that everyone will get great customer and fresh, delicious coffee. He is always professional and considerate and remembers prior conversations, asking about my dad who was very sick (and passed) and whom I had mentioned in a moment of frustration with his doctor.
He is always knowledgeable and considerate and makes me feel right at home!

They have everything you need for your nespresso- if you are missing something you could always go upstairs to the home department.

The service here at Dadeland location is excellent. The staff are absolutely the best. The prompt and attentive service throughout your vist is top notch. Their knowledge and service makes you feel like your family.

Katherine was the best. She provided detailed information about nespresso coffee and the virtuo machine. She was thorough, friendly, helpful amd most of all made me feel at ease with my coffe ignorance. For me she was perfect

It used to be my favorite store until yesterday. The lady (new manager) of this store was so disrespectful to me and to the employees. Bad experience!

The coffee purchasing counter is on the first floor of the west macys tower.closes to the mall entrance. It is Nespresso at Macys Dadeland mall.this place is comfortable and covinient to anyone in town who needs the cup of coffee now.the selection is great because they don't only stock the usual but you can find some specialties in the backroom for those of us who enjoy the special moments of discovery.there are multiple attendants here.so the wait time is short and sweet. You can get the coffee.purchase the machine, coffee cups and sample one if you are nice enough.

I love coming here. I’ve been coming here for the past few years after pandemic started and they reopened. I made it to come here every two weeks when I get paid to get my coffee fix. The staff is amazing never disappoints. And I believe managers name is Lisa she is terrific. Thank you nespresso.staff at Dadeland!

Nespresso Boutique Miami Macy's at Dadeland Mall in Miami is a great place to get all things Nespresso. I really like the selection that they have available here and the different varieties that you may not see in other locations. The staff here is very accommodating and knowledgeable and make the process very easy.

Divya and Sam we’re incredibly helpful! It is such a pleasure to shop there and I am glad my family can purchase all our Nespresso products there. So happy!

Unfortunately I waited over 30 minutes to get access to the personnel working the boutique and was unable to communicate with them or purchase my product. They had a sign stating that “the demonstrator will be back in 10 minutes” and so I gave them that courtesy but they were extremely untimely.

Great staff and very helpful. Easy access to door and parking lot. All the varieties you could want.

The staff doesn't want to sell. And there they have a weird policy.ony one person can go to the cashier. I get it, if there is a party of 4 or more, but for a couple and a children? And if the place it's completely empty.there is no reason. Covid-19 won't be controlled by allowing only one person.

Generally unpleasant. I’ll never go back here in person. The manager or assistant manager immediately insisted my husband stand outside the roped area when we were trying to receive some guidance about which pods we wanted. While not allowing my husband and I to make the line or purchase together, she was actively showing other customers through the line showing them expensive machines. So much for her initial claim of “social distancing”

The little store is located at the entrance of Macy’s Home. It is hard to miss it. It’s Very well decorated. This was my first visit there. I had a lot of questions about the machine and the coffees and I would like a person to explain it specially after the price I paid for the machine which is worth it but still I want to get more information.
Anyways the lady that took care of me there was very knowledgeable but in a super rush to get me out of there! I coulnd‘task anything. I did not like the experience there!
I went with a friend and she experienced the same. And I still have questions. Horrible websites are taking over people ️
