3Going to be a basis opinion cus I live in Pace Island. So much wildlife, and refreshing to know I live in a community that has protected wetlands. Gators, owns, red tail hawks, turkeys, deer, egrets, cormorants, water turtles. But, beware of water moccasins. There are only 4 poisonous snakes in North America, and Florida has all 4. Coral snake, copperhead, rattle snake and the most aggressive of all, the cotton mouth or water moccasin. DO NOT GO NEAR THE SNAKE. Enjoy.
Back Pool of Pace Island. Two tennis courts. Baseball field. Actual restrooms (not portapotty). Nice sized swimming pool. Dock that leads back to Dr's Inlet. And for $200 you can rent the pool out which includes a full kitchen, serving countertops, and fridge (as long as you're or you know a Pace Island Resident)
