Spoke with a phone rep Isabella that told me there were no appt before looking up my sons info. Then proceeded to transfer me back to the main menu when I asked for a supervisor. Unfortunately she kept picking up my call and instead of getting an appt for my son that has severe epilepsy I was hung up on. Horrible customer service. They sound like they work from home and don't really understand the appointments or the importance of their jobs.

Have been calling and living messages for over a week, and noone answers the phone. My son is out of medication for 5 days already and they don't care about the withthrough symptons that my son could have. Irresponsibles!

The worst Neuro office so I went there back in May 3rd the doctor (Opal Hamilton) was very nice and my son was diagnose Autism so the doctor prescribed my brain MRI well I went to my appointment for MRI I had appointment at 11am coral springs I had to reach at 9am. This neuro never had called Authorize my papers well I went to MRI for no reason that day and they never call the company to approve it. Please do not waste your time with them

When setting up an appointment I told them, I didn't want this one person. Who did they give me, the person my child doesn't like. They don't help out and don't believe spd and autism are two different things. Along with picking out other parts of my child's body and saying something about it and making them self conscious.

Worst staff and insulting medical assistant!
If I could leave a ZERO I would.

My son waited for 3 months for an appointment. To call me the week before his actual appointment and force us to reschedule. They were rude, insensitive, the medical assistant literally told us to forget coming in at all because she was noting our file. She then proceeded to hang up on us when we kept asking to speak to a supervisor regarding our frustration. No one cared if we had waited three months to evaluate our son. No one showed concern or empathy. The manager promised to call us back within 48 hours and they never did. I urge anyone considering going to find another office who understands the importance of patient care and their needs.

These are the names of the staff members hoping directors or doctors finally resolve this issue. I see that your practice has veeeery poor reviews all complaining about the same.

Scheduling person:

- Itzel (she promised a manager would call me back next day and I never received the call)

-Sofia: Office manager who was supposed to call me back never had the decency to return my calls.

-Andrea: personal secretary for the neurologist. This lady hung up the phone on us WHEN WE EXPRESSED OUR FRUSTRATION and refused to speak with us when I tried calling back, making me be on hold on the phone for over ONE hour to never to back to me.

I have attached a picture to show management how long I was on hold trying to fit my son in for his appointment.

If I could give a zero to this “medical” office, I would. DON’T LOSE TIME HERE. Go somewhere else. I got more done by my PCP than here. Stupid office rule of needing a referral for a follow up, and inefficient administration. I spend 10 months to get nothing done!

This office is a mess! Everything is automated. It’s extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone and when you request a call back, they immediately hang up. In my experience, this network is just a business they do not care for there patients one bit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NEURONETWORK PARTNERS!

Bad experience. They took 3 days to write a prescription to the pharmacy, My daughter has epilepsy and cant stay out of medication. Completely unprofessional staff.

Enme González MD, he couldn’t fill correctly the papers for the insurance TWICE! So my son’s MRI was denied TWICE! If he has trouble with papers. I don’t want to imagine with diagnosis! THE WORST

Vanessa Manzie was my son's physician. She should not be working with children. She barely acknowledges my son when we came in for appts. Her patients are just file numbers for her, also because I rescheduled a couple appts. She requested she can no longer care for my son. This facility is trash and they should be ashamed at how they deal with patients. If you care for your child's mental health I suggest you don't come here because they do NOT care.

The phone staff actually hung up on me in mid sentence when trying to make a scrip refill request. I'm truly sad to give them 1 star because we love the NP we've seen for years, however the phone staff are EXTREMELY rude! Unreasonably long waits on hold (45-50 minutes!) and the staff act like ANY request you make is unreasonable, they are difficult and condescending. STAY AWAY!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a letter to be faxed to me for my daughter to receive therapy. I called them, was on hold for over 40 mins before I spoke with someone who took my information and promised the information would be faxed to me. I followed up a few days later with a fax to the office. Nothing has worked. So frustrating.
