So if an office says it closes at 5pm and it's Thursday at 4: 30 and you call, you would expect to have someone answer. Oh noooo they closed early and have a calls service who can't help. Frustrating poor service and not patient centered.

Less than impressed with this place. It has been extremely difficult to find a decent MS neurologist. Dr. Jacobs seems nice and knowledgable enough but his office staff is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. It’s a miracle if you manage to get a call back. Suzie seems to be the head receptionist but she tends to go on vacation a lot, without warning. I resorted to calling Jamie, the office manager. Thankfully she actually called me back. I tried to kindly tell her how difficult it is to get a hold of someone and rather than taking accountability of the staff SHE MANAGES, she put the blame on them. It’s baffling you never hear any phones ringing in this office. There’s four women that seem to just sit around on their phones. They seem miserable and unpleasant and don’t give two cares about helping patients. My last appointment was a complete waste of time and could’ve been done virtually. This office needs to get with the times and communicate through their patient portal. I waited about an hour to be seen. 30 minutes of it was spent waiting in a chair in an in-between area to be seen. Why bother calling me back? Another doctor had to alert Dr. Jacobs I was ready to be seen. The best part was discovering I was blatantly lied to about him having reviewed my MRI scans…which I had dropped off TWO months prior to my appointment! There is no excuse for this, it’s a tiny office! He ended up reviewing the scans right then and there which took another two minutes. I was there at least two hours. I then discover the wrong MRI was ordered and I still don’t know why I have to have ANOTHER MRI done within a year’s timespan…. Sigh. This office needs to get it together. Answer the phones, be kind to patients and COMMUNICATE!
