Would give zero stars if I could. Made an online appointment via Booksy app that was confirmed the day before appointment and when I arrived the day of the appointment 15 minutes early received a notification stating my appointment had arbitrarily been rescheduled for 30 minutes later and my appointment was scheduled for when they opened at 10am so I know it wasn't because the barber was running late due to previous customers. A phone call with an explanation of the delay would have been appreciated at least an hour before the appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time & petrol driving to this place, but alas it appears this business has no respect for their customers' time. This was to be my first visit, so maybe they don't care to have new customers. UNPROFESSIONAL!

This barbershop is amazing I went to Angel he did a great job with my haircut I definitely recommend him!

Mr. Ivan is one of the best friends that de have and he os the owner of the New Concept Barbershop in Orlando Florida.

Great people working there and a beautiful atmosphere with all the art hanging on the walls.

Angel has been my barber for more than half a decade now and he has never disappointed. Highly recommend this place and him as your barber.
