This is we’re i.blessed to live regardless of the situation out here its truly a blessing a lot of people wish they had a place the ones out here is so unappreciative

Recently I had the pleasure of being the guest of a long time lease holder. I'll get the unpleasant experience out of the way 1st thing. My first night I had no issues except when I got up in the middle of the night for a bowl of cereal. I opened a cabinet and sitting there staring me straight in the eye, NOT RUNNING AWAY, was a GIGANTIC RAT! I mean this rat was as big as a mature Beaver! OMG! I slammed that cabinet door and ran back to the couch and hid under my blanket till sunrise After that my friend brought a rather large Feral cat from out by the dumpster into the apt. After it had a litter of kittens under the kitchen sink our rat problem was minimized. I enjoyed my visit. The neighbors are friendly and you never have to travel far if you're in the mood for some 'M' or a bag of Fetty. Not to mention they definitely have the market cornered on Dat Drop! You can get a 'yard' for nearly nothing if you're a steady customer. If you need a new Plug check out NH.

These apartments are one of the best in Jacksonville! For people to get to know and really like you around here, scream “WE SMOKIN BIBBYY” and “FREE KSOO”. Also, I would recommend to play “EST: 2019” by an artist named “Jdot Breezy” everyone will then give you a firework show and treat you with great kindness!

When the mice left, roaches came don't matter how clean your apt is. They let anyone move out here, u can be peaceful where your apt is then boom they put molly heads around you, I know cause my neighbors are molly heads n stole my packages. Trash is otta control in the 2nd lane on the right side of the complex. Maintenance requests takes months to fulfill, it's just a no the only kinda good thing is if I move the on the 3rd fl, and I have a cast iron burglar door. That's it

Wonderful place to stay! The locals really like when you say you smoking Bibby blunts, they give you a free fireworks show! They especially love when you blast Yungeen Ace's "Who I Smoke" and shout "Free Ksoo! "

When I lived here it was good the only problem I ever had was a roach infestation the people here were nice and overall a place I am glad to have called home.

They have been very on point about trying to get me and my babies into a place. The office staff are beautiful respectful ladies and I love it. Thank you

I stay out here now and have been since February of 2022 this year. I can honestly say I haven’t had not one rat or mice crawling through or around my apartment since I’ve been staying here. I’m not sure if it’s because I keep my house spotless or not but either way I’m grateful lol. I do have a few insects every now and then but I mean who don’t have that in their home sometimes? It’s not bad out here like it use to be back in the days. My neighbors are not a problem at all they just loud lol. I do plan on moving though I’m just not sure when it where just yet but it’s not because of problems in my home it’s just because I want my own space and my own company around my home. Plus I have a remodeled apartment so it looks a lot better than the older models. (:

I lived here for years and I loved it, me and boys kobe and charles always hung out and blasted first week out by jdot breezy all the time and screamed "no hospital gang" and "rest up ralo" and everyone there showed us so much love, PACK UP AND MOVE THERE NOW GUARANTEE YOULL NEVER WANNA LEAVE
