I've been coming here a while now and Jason is absolutely phenomenal, not only skilled but personable. He listens to what it is you are looking for, suggests possibilities, and goes the extra mile. All those that work here have always been friendly and complementary.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in the salon to show them what I wanted and make an appointment, so I’ve been told to keep in mind that my service would take around 4 hours. At my arrival to the appointment they make me wait standing at the front desk for 10 minutes. My appointment was with Anna, who started to make a lot of excuses to not do my hair coloring. After talking to a lady who said being the manager, Anna finally comes to me after 45 minutes giving me a price for the service that was different from the price that I’ve been told when booking my appointment. Horrible energy and very unprofessional. I spend there like 1 hour and left with my hair untouched. Horrible people, avoid this salon, it’s waste of time.

Reshape took care of me last second. I am so thankful for her. Awesome salon artist and sweet person.
