New level's bar & grill, Naples FL

The oxtail was very good; the only thing I had issue with was the "steamed conch or Lambi" order, but the OWNER made it right. Good set up, good music and all.

Vegetables in the new level never have meat, then they take your money for only cabbage and carrot
Good Carlos doesn't blush and so he knows how to make vegetables
Even vendors under Haitian blankets know how to make vegetables better. I'm ashamed that we Haitians only break people's wrists. Even a ️ you do not deserve for this vegetable.

That was the best experience ever in a haitian restaurant for me. Dishes was excellent but service was outstanding.

I definitely my favorite place whenever I visit Naples back and I recommend to visit and try.

I ordered to go food for my lunch and when arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order the lady did not say anything to me for five minutes then after i got her attention and asked her for my order, she went to the back for 3-5 minutes then told me she did not have my rice that I ordered with my food. I told her that was okay to just give me the plate that I ordered, and then she proceeded to go to the back again.came back five minutes later and took the next person to order. She started speaking in creole to the guy and having an entire conversation. I asked the guy to ask her when my food will be ready and she told me 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy when I walked in. I ordered my food around 11 o’clock and showed up at 11: 30. There was no reason why my food should not be ready by 12 o’clock, which is the time that I left the restaurant without my food.especially when I ordered the fried pork. This is the worst Haitian restaurant that I have ever been to, and I will never come here ever again.

Oh yeah, this is definitely it. Fresh, Great tasting Haitian Food. I was working in Naples, and was hoping I could find a good place to eat. Yeah, I got lucky. Did I mention how fresh the food was? OMG, 10 stars.

Came here after work. I had never tried Haitian. Ended up ordering the fried red snapper. The seasoning mixed into the breading was delicious and I really enjoyed this dish. The service was a bit slow and the atmosphere felt more like a bar than a restaurant and was louder than I'd prefer. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try.

While in Naples we found this spot not too far from our hotel. It was peak time when we ordered but the food was worth the wait. The lady at the desk was super friendly and professional. It was a nice atmosphere with music playing and the ambiance was great. We ordered the lambi in sauce (conch stew) with black rice. Food was delicious and very good portions. The conch was well seasoned and tasty. The only thing was the rice texture was different but it was okay. We were so surprised to have found this spot. It’s a must try when in Naples.

Great food, i order a steam snapper amazingggg w steam plantain and rice/ beans wow was delicious. Definitely if u around Golden gate in Naples u need to visit this great place.

Food is great, but it really depends who is cooking. I had the Buffalo Chicken Wings, mixed rice, and fries my 2nd time coming here and it was a top 10 meal in collier county. I went the following Tuesday and it was not as good. I gave it a week and came back on a Monday and once again it was a good meal, not top 10 like the first time but I got my money worth. This is restaurant I would say is a Fusion of Haitian and American food. I would definitely recommend.
