New Life Ob/Gyn LLC reviews
18 Excellent attention from all the staff, especially from Doctor Andrea Faraci and Estefania.
Thank you!
Really the worst service, I not only came 1 time. I gave it a chance 3 times and in no visit could I feel comfortable. There is no kind of professionalism. 0 recommended. They give you an appointment with a doctor and they want another one to see you, they give you an appointment and they don't respect the time, more than 1 hour of waiting. You have the worst experience here
Dr. Faraci is incredible. So respectful and helpful, answers all your questions with care and attentiveness. Wait was kind of long but honestly worth it to see a great doctor. Office staff and nurses were also incredible kind.
Excellent place. Very clean and organized. Very good treatment from the staff, nurses, doctors. They are all excellent Drs and very professional and well prepared. But especially to Dr Meybi Fernández who attended my pregnancy and delivered me. Excellent doctor, very kind, explains everything in great detail. Without a doubt the best place. I recommend it 100%
Really love this office, I attended my last pregnancy here and saw all the doctors. Office had short wait time, was very clean and organized.
I love this office, every time I come I am treated with such care and I like that they have short wait times. The doctors are really kind and take my concerns seriously. Will keep coming here for the rest of my pregnancy!
The best doctor ever, me and my wife had the best experience ever, thanks Dr. Ferrara and all the team
Please, someone tell me how to make an appointment here, if they pick up your phone and at the moment they put you on hold for more than 50 min, it's better to close the public and that's it! It's disrespectful!
Ridiculously long waiting times, impolite staff and the medical assistant who took my samples didn’t use gloves. Not coming back.
No one answers the phone. When you need something corrected no one answers you. It’s terrible here. I think I’m going to find a new obgyn
APPALLING. THEY MADE ME WASTE AN HOUR OF MY TIME WITHOUT ATTENDING ME AND WHEN I ASKED WHEN THEY WOULD ATTEND ME THEY SAID THAT DOCTOR MEYBI FERNÁNDEZ HAD NOT ARRIVED YET.
THEY MADE ME WASTE AN HOUR OF MY TIME WITHOUT ATTENDING ME AND WHEN I ASKED WHEN THEY WOULD BE ATTENDING ME THEY SAID THAT DOCTOR MEYBI FERNÁNDEZ HAD NOT ARRIVED YET.
I love the clinic and the service I spoke with DANA this morning and she is an excellent person, she treated me with extreme respect and dedication. Thank you very much Dana for everything and the doctors.
I have a terrible experience. I been waiting for 3 hrs to see a Dr. I been waiting in the room for 45 min and still no see the Dr. The front desk super rude they scheduled patient even before the Drs start working. They don’t find my pap smear in the system. They don’t listen to you really disappointed. I don’t recommend this office any more.
Dr. Alexander Mejía attended to my pregnancy and performed my cesarean section and it went very well, with whom I continue to receive my annual check-up. Very good doctor, he explains things well and takes his time to listen to your concerns.
This medical office is very clean and beautiful! Dr. Mejia is the absolute sweetest and very attentive and knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Front desk and all the assistants were very sweet and helpful as well!
My daughter was in the office on December 21, after waiting almost 3 hours they treated her horribly, they spoke badly of her in Spanish, thinking that she didn't understand, but that's nothing, on February 17 they called her to give her the results from Pap smear! With a negative result, after two months, how can professionals play with a patient's health?
The office staff seem lost most of the time and you don’t feel like a patient/human being there… you feel as if you’re just a customer waiting for your turn. As another reviewer stated, once you’re called in to be seen, everything feels rushed and cold… completely inhuman. From what I noticed, I would say the two major issues with this office includes wait time and staff.
Awful experience. Doctor was very dismissive. Barely spoke English. Nurse was super unprofessional. Left me waiting in room for 45 minutes and no apology. Even the lady at the front desk helping me said she wouldn't go back if she were me.
Edit: i called the nurse that schedules c sections and when she pulled up my Info she said “oh you’re the one that left the bad review, we don’t appreciate that. “
Super unprofessional. Also, I’m currently waiting at my last appointment and I got here at 9: 10am for my 9: 15am appointment. It is10: 27am right now and I haven’t seen anyone yet. I am 9 months pregnant and literally can’t stand being here.
My husband accompanied me to my 36 week appointment. He and I were the only ones wearing masks, no one else. Not any nurse. Not any doctor. They wouldn’t let my husband go in with me and my husband literally had to talk to the doctor and after 36 weeks they finally let him in. It was ridiculous.
The nurse that took my Bp told me to calm down when I told her that her machine was reading wrong. I take my bp every day and it gave a very high read, the same read the patient right before me got. I felt fine and I knew it was wrong. No one took my blood pressure again and no one cared to question anything. I wonder how many people got super high bp readings and didn’t see it as abnormal.
Please save yourself from such an uncaring place. They literally don’t care about patients. It’s heart breaking.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
Edit #2: Currently 10: 40am and still nothing. No sense of urgency. No consideration for patients.
