Very pleased with Alondra, María and everyone in the pre-op department. My surgery was with Dr. JC Álvarez, a very professional doctor and highly trained in what he does.very happy with the results and their understanding of what I was looking for to feel satisfied with the results. New life highly recommended. The only headache is having to leave your family member outside the clinic. It would be excellent if they let the patients know that before traveling there so that you at least know what you are going for.

Run! This establishment is dirty with a crew of unprofessional staff. Extremely crowded and small. I had my ab etching and full body sculpting with Dr. Nosrati, he completely botched my stomach now I have a hollow triangle in the middle of my body with extreme lines that looks so fake and botched! I trusted him based on his qualifications as a double board certified surgeon, what a mistake!

Customer service is really subpar. Everything went wrong and was in tears minutes before my surgery. 1. I made the decision 2 weeks before flying into Miami, no one ever said I needed to bring cashiers check or money order because they do not take debit or credit cards (crazy) when I asked them where was that memo, she responded that it was email to me 14 days before my surgery, I then responded that I didn't have 14 days to begin with.oh I'm sorry, thankfully, I had a debit card and was able to buy a money order.over the phone they promised that chest xrays was across the street, well it is not, it is a 15 to 20 minute uber ride and be ready to wait a couple of hours.lies, lies, lies just to get you in the door.okay finally met the doctor, told him I want lipo 360, he recommended back lipo, I said okay, I went back downstairs to meet my sales rep, which she said she would change.well she didn't after sitting in the office for 6 hours, I was ready to go.
I signed everything and made my mind up for lipo 360.the coordinator named julissa assured me some of my back will be lipod and not to worry about it.around 6: 30 pm I got a text to sign a new contract for back lipo, I told her that I was all set, already signed paper work for lipo 360, no need for new contract. I came in the morning for my surgery, only to find paper work for back lipo instead of all the papers I signed for lipo 360.they called that sales rep up, she was extremely rude, stating my surgery was cheap and I need to add back lipo for 700. I told her no, I signed papers for 360 I want to go get 360. Everyone is frustrated, I was in the operating for 1 hour.botch job, doesn't look like I had lipo at all.this was the worst experience ever.don't go here. This is Miyah by the way.

10 for Doctor JC Alvarez, excellent Doctor, he listens to you, gives you his time, explains the procedure in detail, is very direct and concrete with the results that he can visualize, he does not promise you anything that he will not fulfill. So for me, he was the Doctor that I needed and was looking for!

Regarding my procedure, it was breast augmentation and bbl, I was VERY HAPPY with the results, they really paid attention to the details and I am truly happy and grateful that everything went well!

I especially want to thank Alondra for her kind treatment. To the doctor whose name I don't remember (sorry for that), she also treated me very well.

On the other hand, I would love for them to pay more attention to the telephone staff, the girls who answer the phone, I had to speak not once several times and they were rude and cutting, I perfectly understand that they have a lot of work, but as a patient we have many doubts and also We are nervous, so we understand you, but also be KIND, it doesn't cost you ANYTHING.because in the end you represent the clinic and also the doctors. I stayed there, just because I loved the work and the results it gives. Doctor JC Alvarez, because the treatment I received from the reception was not pleasant at all.

When you arrive at the Clinic, go early and warm, it is a cold building, on the other hand, take only what you need. Like a bathrobe, slippers and a blanket.

Came from Houston.had my price and labs cleared for surgery! Day of pre op my prices were changed bcuz I decided to use a portion of Care Credit due to a family emergency I had the day before! I was getting 360 Lipo, Arm Lipo, Inner Thigh Lipo & BBL (which I didn't need or want)! Had to pay extra for bra roles which should be included in back lipo! I explained to Dr Nasarati that I only wanted dimples firmed in my butt not full BBL, he got upset bcuz I didn't want the things he wanted to do! Long story short, he was rude to me and done a rush job surgery on me, which only took an hour tops for what I just listed! He half done my arms leaving me wit fat hanging over my elbows n added fat to my hips n leaving all the dimples that I came wit! A waste of $7000, I hate how I look and I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I should've went back to D. R.were I received my tummy tuck!

I really don't know what surgeons are like but what is clear to me is that the processes are very, very bad and the customer service is terrible, unfortunately due to critical health problems I was not able to have the surgery and I thank God that he kept me away from these scammers. They never returned my deposit even though they had documentation, fortunately I am documented to raise this. It's always good to give your opinion on something, I hope those people who are there stay away from this Clinic or whatever it's called, which by the way was supposedly 305 Plastic Surgery and I ended up in new life with a surgeon that I didn't even ask for. In short, the coordinators must coordinate well first, I don't know what all of them will be like, but in my opinion, the 3 that assisted me, none of them are of any use. Preop went very well. No complaints. Though it took over an hour, everyone was very pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns.

I do not recommend this plasic Surgeon office everyone in the office are lyers and they say this going to try to help and they don’t and they steal your money they do not give your deposit back the service is horrible I do not recommend to no one please the manager Clarine and Lismary and Ana I don’t recommend the staff. This place is the worst, I would never recommend it in my life, my sister went to have surgery there two months ago and the result was nothing like what she asked for, she was not an overweight person, she just had flaccidity in her stomach because of it. She was pregnant and wanted a fat transfer to her buttocks. Dr. Manny operated on her and her butt remained the same as before, so much pain and so much money to remain the same as before and it was not due to a bad recovery because in my family we have knowledge about cosmetic surgeries.and they give us the same or better than my other sister and my cousin, they operate on you and they don't ask again about your recovery, she had a tummy, Lipo 360 and bbl and she was stable, they didn't give her the shape she wanted and her buttocks They stayed the same, we are very upset with this Clinic with the Dr and the people, the majority of workers are Cubans and are very unfriendly… it makes me want to sue them, if you are looking for a Clinic in Miami to have surgery please do not choose this one, if you want to stay beautiful don't make this mistake
