Horrible experience. I purchased a remote control to replace my broken one. They sent me one that did not work. I contacted customer support who said to return it (at my cost) and they would send another one. When they received the return, this was their reply “ The warehouse is unable to confirm the origin of the merchandise that you returned. Based on our knowledge, The remote you sent back does not look authentic. We have issued a refund today. ” Gotta say, this shocked the hell out of me.
I will confirm with my CC company that the refund is made and if not, file a dispute through the CC company. Bottom line, I suggest using a different company if you need a remote control replacement. This company seems a little sketchy.

It worked the first time. Tried a universal but wouldn't connect. This was a great experience.

Company feels like a complete scam. Recieved the incorrect remote and was never contacted about it. But was supplied with a paper in the order that "this is the best replacement remote available". This is a straight up lie. Why sell "new replacement remotes" with manufacturers part numbers when you are not fulfilling these orders. It's like ordering a chicken sandwhich at McDonald's and they give you a big Mac without telling you. Paid 23.99 and got a remote I could have purchased on Amazon for 8.99

I ordered a remote and was charged $24.98. About a week later I noticed that they refunded me $16.99. I assume that meant they could not fill the order, although I never received any notification from them. They apparently kept $7.99. For no reason. I am disputing the charge.

Remote stopped working in 2 weeks. They won't accept returns unless it's within 30 days of purchase.

Bait and Switch Fraudulent Site. Seller is posting items not available for sale then sending a substitute with a pre-printed note and 'warranty' stating that the item you ordered is 'discontinued' and asks that you 'try' what was sent before returning it. This is fraud.the seller is knowingly sending the wrong item without notifying the buyer. I paid a premium price and was sent a different remote that sells on Amazon for less than half of what I paid. Correspondence came from 2 different email addresses and after filing a claim with Visa and requesting a full refund from the seller I did receive a pre-paid return label and full refund. I did not sense that the person I was communicating with has any clue that what happened was fraudulent and wrong.nor did they seem to understand that someone might actually need the original remote.like for elderly parents who are unable to learn a different remote, which was my situation. Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing and wasting so much time on this. Buyer Beware and Good Luck!

The remote I purchased was advertised as an Onkyo Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) item. It was a piece of broken junk labled BR1ON and had been crushed either in shipment or at the warehouse.it does not function at all. I am eating the $24.00 cost and will consider this lessons learned. This business is a scam. I have filed a BBB complaint. Only pay for items through Amazon or use PayPal for your protection.

They shipped the wrong remote control. I ordered a remote for an Emerson TV'and they substituted a Samsung remote. The remotes differ; I know as I have an Emerson TV and a Samsung TV. The remotes do different things. I already have the same exact Samsung remote at home and I the they sent me is the same as the one I have. I wanted and ordered the Emerson. This looks like bait & switch.

Company took it upon themselves to substitute incorrect remote.
When contacted, they did authorize a return but I had to pay return shipping.
When statement for credit card arrived it showed credit for the item purchase price only. They did not refund for original shipping charge. So now, between original shipping and return shipping, I am out nearly the cost of the item.
Beware. Read online reviews of this company, something I should have done. This is a common occurrence with this company.

Excellent customer service and products. I was skeptical at first. Had questions with regards to the product - got responses right away. Ordered my new remote, which arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Was so pleased, decided to order another one for our other T. V. That one, too, arrived soon, in great condition and works really well - no problems whatsoever. I would recommend New Remotes, Inc.to anyone. Thank you, New Remotes, for your great products and super customer service.

There was a delay by the shipping partner. No fault of the seller. They shipped a second no charge and informed me that if the first ever showed up just write REFUSE and send it back no charge. This is absolutely the BEST customer service. Have no fear trust them to take care of you if you have a problem.
