Can I just say New Scooters 4 Less ROCKS? Collin's customer service is off the charts! My daughter is a freshmen at UF and we decided after arrival that she could benefit from having a scooter (because she doesn't have a car). NS4L was recommended by a UF alumni, so we went directly to them and never looked back. His communication skills and customer focus is outstanding! We completed the paperwork online from Tampa which streamlined the whole process and our daughter scheduled an appointment to meet with Collin and have a 30 minute lesson to learn about the scooter and safety! If all businesses were run like this, the world would be a better place:)

We purchased a Wolf scooter prior to UF starting Fall 2022. My daughter, a sophomore this year, was looking for something to get her around campus a bit more efficiently since her proximation to class was not great. We reside in Tennessee, so we were a little concerned about first, purchasing a scooter and second, training her to ride it. I was under the impression that would be left to me (dad). I was blown away by the online purchasing process and the just how efficient and streamlined the folks at Scooters4less made the process. The emails were timely and the process was fluid. We were able to buy the scooter, coordinate an appointment and pick out our accessories all within a week of the start of school - from 500 miles away. I was taken aback by how well the process went from identifying which scooter we wanted till the day we left the parking lot. Our service technician/trainer (Cory) was extremely patient with my daughter - shout out to him! To say the least, the whole process drastically exceeded my expectations. They even gave us information to secure insurance on the scooter (Rebecca). So glad we choose them for our scooter needs!

Just wanted to give all the great employees at NS4L a huge thank you. I live several hours away from Gainesville so we sent our baby gator to purchase her new scooter by herself. They were super helpful as she was very apprehensive on riding a scooter for the first time. They took the time to give her a quick driving lesson in their parking lot, answered all of her questions and made sure she was confident when she drove away on her new pink scooter w/helmet. I highly recommend NS4L if your in the market for a Scooter.

I have never bought a scooter from here, but I get my buddy serviced here and the staff is incredible! Brandon and the service team are efficient, helpful, and kind. Very fair prices, and always willing to explain exactly what is going on with my scooter. They will even take the time to look over my scooter and make sure that everything is running smoothly and safely when I have concerns.

I especially love that free emergency pickups come with the new scooter purchase. That makes such a huge difference when you're a college student in a new town. So happy I went with this shop.

Been years since i been to there shop but when i did go there they always where nice and helped.first time i started going to them was when i had a scooter from another shop in town and the variator looked like it was put in with a hammer and the weight plate was flattened and they pull spair parts from what they had laying around to get what i needed to get back on the road and ever since then if i had a scooter been going to them only.my last scooter was from them and i had to sell it because of health reasons.so when i'm ready to get another scooter you bet i'll be going to them to buy it

Every time I've stopped by they have gone out of their way to take care of me and give me the best experience possible. Their VIP treatment isn't just on the day of purchase but every time I've gone in for a service. I was recently stranded with a breakdown in Gainesville when passing through town and they helped me get back on the road within a few hours. Absolutely amazing how quickly they were able to help me given the short notice and every friend I've sent there have had the same experience.

We have had great experiences with NS4L! We bought our scooter from Collin and he was helpful, kind, and got everything done when he said he would get it done! Prices for the scooter and packages for servicing were very fair. When we picked up the new scooter the young men that helped us were on top of everything and spent time showing my son all the ins and outs of how to start, ride and take care of his scooter. Collin goes above and beyond for his customers! He helped me get a great price on my Buddy 50, and included a nice helmet for me too. I knew nothing about scooters coming in, and the team took the time to answer all my questions and get me riding-ready.

When the GripLock that came free with my used scooter stopped working, he gave me a brand new one! As a customer you will ALWAYS be valued and cared for at NS4L. I feel safe knowing if I ever have problems, Collin and NS4L will be there for me.

Just last night, I was having trouble starting my scoot, and it would have taken a few weeks to get serviced with fall semester starting. Collin was able to get it up and running again over Snapchat, at 10pm on a Friday! I am so grateful, and can't imagine going to any other store in Gainesville - their quality is unmatched!

Took our scooters in for their first servicing. Dealt with Ben who was very helpful, explained everything in great detail and loaded and secured the scooters on my trailer.
