New Season Treatment Center – Orlando

I’ve been coming here for several years and can say that as the years pass the quality of care goes down. Due to my success with the program, NOT THAT THEY HELPED ME, I’m fortunate to just go twice a month since I get two weeks worth of methadone because of my success. That said, the wait times here are a joke. My counselor said it’s due to them not having adequate nursing staff, ONLY 2 WINDOWS OPEN! Perhaps if they treated the nurses better their attrition rates would be lower and then we could actually be in and out much quicker. Also, I’m not a smoker but when I walk into the building I’m inhaling smoke because people stand around smoking like chimneys! There’s no smoking signs everywhere but the don’t enforce it. I’m fairly certain they will post a generic response to my review so that will further prove my point.

Worst clinic ever the place is falling apart you always have to watch over your shoulder because all the drug deals goin on and fights. It will take a hour or two just to dose the staff knows nothing about helping drug addicts this place is a money pit. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were ripping people off and doin stuff illegally. When you asked to dose up it can take up to a month and phases ha it took over 7 almost 8 months to get my 3rd take home every UA I took clean I had to beg and beg so I said screw this and found a way better place. This place is a -10/10!

Horrible they have 2 or 3 nurses for over 1000 people I've lost 3 jobs since I started my treatment about 6 months ago but they don't care they see people are upset over the situation and all they do is crack jokes among each other It's a real shame that you go to get help and have to deal with the humiiation. Every other clinic I've been to give priority to the people that work but not them. I am just so frustrated about the situation that I get stressed out just thinking that I have to go there and deal with the situation. A real shame

If you can be self successful and just go there take your medicine and do it yourself come here. The support and managment is not here. They really need a re vamp! First of all the have raised the prices 3x since I started going there. (1yr and half) It's 18$ there When it's 3$ across town. If you want a place that doesn't care and does the bare minimum to help come here. They got rid of all the people that really cared about you as a person being successful. There is no consistency I've had 8 counselors. Long lines, they don't care about people going to work. The management just stay in there rooms laughing doing nothing. Maybe the owner should actually show up there and fix the roof. That still been down month and months. Where are the raises going? Not to fixing anything there. Or keeping the nurses and counselors that really cared.

The daily price for Methadone is $17 a day! And a bit more for liquid methadone, Buprenorphinem etc. They do accept Medicaid & some insurances. That said they've been increasing the prices by a $1 every 2 or 3 years. The only positive is the staff (for the most part) however they're in need of more nurses during the 5-7 am period. If you arrive at 5am there will be about 30-50 ppl ahead of you & the wait time are usually over hour but in some cases you could waiting up to 2 to 3 hs. And this conts to happen because they don't have enough nurses on staff. And it's been like this for over 4 years so I don't expect any changes despite the complaints ppl have filed.

Absolutely ridiculous! These people are nothing but incompetent and slow. They spend money on putting in extra windows and computers but they can't get any nurses to work for them and the computers are constantly breaking down. They are not in the treatment of addiction they are in the business of squeezing every last penny and drop of blood from the people who are trying to stay sober. They just raised the price to $19 per day for methadone. They continue to raise prices for services that are getting worse and worse. Unfortunately we don't have any other options than going here which is why they don't change anything. Now they have a new phone answering service that never calls me back. Why did change the phone system? Now we can't get our counselor on the phone at all. How do they expect people to get any help when they can't reach the clinic by phone? !? ! And of course they'll put some scripted response to my review but nothing will change. If you can take liquid then go to the new location in Longwood. It is way cheaper.

HORRIBLE place with incompetent staff from the bottom to the top. They DO NOT care about actually helping vulnerable sick people, the only work they actually do is to squeeze every last dime they possibly can out of every patient, nurses consistently try to refuse giving change to self pay patients with cash, nurses have scammed patients out of money with phoney charges that make negative balances in patient accounts and refuse to explane why or what the charges are. I can never get any help or any answers they constantly change policies and everyone working there says conflicting things, I can never make any progress because I, and many other people have to fight them every single step of the way just to do basic things that are supposed to be their job! Every single week there are people coming to guest dose and waste hours and days just trying to simply get one dose! Do not risk your sobriety in the hands of these people they will make you want to to go back out and get drugs because it is easier then what they put you through! This place is Shameful.

The doctors and nurses were extremely rude and inconsiderate. The people going to these treatments are trying to better themselves and the support system in this facility is by far the worst I've ever experienced. It was extremely discouraging to be treated with so little respect and basic common decency that every human being deserves. I was appalled by this facility and would not recommend it to anyone. Please don't waste your time going to this horrible place.these people do not have your best interests or intentions in mind. Its a disgrace that these people work in this type of field and don't handle each individual with more compassion and care.

Horrible place. They call it a treatment center but in actuality they are only there for the money. Some decent counseling but the nurses treat people like 5 year olds. Methadone is not an good treatment, it maybe decent for short term treatment but this place does nothing in actual treatment. If you want to be treated like a second class person or a horrible person by nurses then this is the place for you. If you want to buy drugs in the parking lot then this is the place for you.

I have been in treatment for a while, this place helped me so much if you follow the rules get in and get out. Talk with ur counselor, you will get the help you need. I worry about me when I’m there, no one else. If I could make a suggestion it would be the time in line it is a long wait and for working people like me I have to get there at 5am to get out by 7am. There should be something in place for working clients, and ones that are on higher phases so we can get in and out in a timely fashion…

I'm just a little disappointed with the treatment of the workers at this clinic. Thankfully to this program I'm a functional member of society. I'm an opening manager at Sonic down the road and I have to be there for 6 am. The once a week I come to collect my bottles I have to take off work cause I wouldn't be on time. Maybe in the morning only allow *documented* workers until a certain time. There's a few different solutions to this problem but anywho. Let me just say methadone helped change my way of thinking and helping me every day

The old man doctor isn't the nicest guy to deal with. The other staff is great though.

This place is the worst clinic I’ve ever seen. Over the last three days I’ve been told three different things by three different nurses. Nobody has any idea what’s going on. If you need help go anywhere else but here

Great place, I thank God. I have major back problems that affect my day to day living. I'm able to feel almost normal and I have a great counselor Rebecca.

They lock the doors 10-15 minutes early almost every day especially the weekends the older white man with grey hair that claims to be the manager is one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered it's supposed to be a place where people get help but the people that they have in charge seem to care more about getting off work 10 minutes early make sure your there 30 minutes before their scheduled close time because they won't let you in and threaten to call the police on you I have already called Essex management group and made a report but we'll see if anything changes because people need help and closing early is totally unacceptable I called the local news and they said they will be doing a story on the clinic so hopefully that gets the word out if you can go somewhere else do it these people don't care

I am from new york and I guest dosed at this clinic today. There was some problems with my paper work but Christina was AMAZING and got it taken care of. She truly cares. Thank you Christina!
