I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.every yr we have to call them to fix something on this pump. Sucks one time they came just to remove a lizard and the charged us 50 like haven’t you collected enough omg.can't wait to get city water. I'm over this well pump cr@&

Do not recommend I've had nothing but problems with my r.o in the last 9 months you pay $60 a month and when something goes wrong you'll still pay for it I highly recommend going to water Medic in cape coral there amazing

This is a long term review of my frustrating experience with this company concerning my well system. A brand new well system was installed around 7/2018 on my new custom construction home. Shortly after that, I had an additional "ozone system" installed to aid in the removal of the sulfer smell (it didn't do anything) and the ozone system failed within 3 years. In addition to that, I have listed every issue I have encountered.

Year 1 - My well pump went bad. It was covered under warranty, great (Still went a full weekend without water).

Year 2 - Pressure switch failed, pressure tank gauge failed. Multiple piping leaks from the original install.

Year 3 - Well pump went out again. Was quoted one price by the tech prior to install, billed at a higher price than what I was quoted. The ecu display on the water softener failed. The ozone system failed and nearly caught fire (cheap Chinese power supply I presume was the culprit). Finally, today I discovered the pressure tank has failed. Obviously some of the smaller stuff (leaks ect) can be considered "normal maintenance" of a well system, but excluding the original installation cost, my system has cost me around $3000 within 4 years of having it. That is completely unacceptable and flat out embarrassing. I am concerned that I will need a completely new well drilled in the future based on my experiences so far. I would consider using another company that uses better quality materials.

Our pump in the storage tank stopped while we were away. I called chuck and he was very accommodating to get it repaired quickly. Great service.

Woke up to find that my well had given up overnight, and I had no water. I am new to Wells and didn't know what to do. And then I found these guys! Chuck took the call and managed to fit me in that morning despite having a full schedule. Good communication throughout the morning morning to reassure me I hadn't been forgotten, and then David turned up and fixed the issue very quickly, did some extra maintenance on the electrics, and thought me how the system works and what I should be doing to look after it. And then I got the bill. No nasty emergency charges, just a basic call-out and very reasonable parts bill. Over all a really good experience by a very professional company with an extremely good price, and. Great customer service. Thanks for everything, specially Chuck and David!
