New Tampa Fence did an amazing job! We had some hurdles with HOA/CDD approvals and delays after delays and New Tampa Fence was understanding throughout the entire process. The communication was exceptional and replies were always quick. You won’t get a better price anywhere else. We called 4 companies and New Tampa Fence had the best price and better warranty. The installation guys were also great, quick, informative, and answered all of my questions. We love our black aluminum fence and very happy that we can still enjoy the view out back. And more importantly, our dogs love the new running and play space. Thanks New Tampa Fence!

They set the appointment and arrived a head of schedule, Installed the gate and fence, cleaned up afterword, and communicated during the process.

Everything was seamless. They were out the following week we got HOA approval.

They did a great job, ginished in a few hours. Gate was installed and it's nicely ballanced. My only minor complaint would be the extra dirt They left on the street and sidewalk.

I have used Scott and New Tampa Fence many times at my house and at many of my family members homes. They have also done a lot of work on our commercial properties. The work is great and the pricing has always been fair. When they set the date to do the install they show up. I highly recommend them.

Being out of state landlord, it's hard to find a company that takes care of everything and being honest and deliver good quality product. I was introduced this New Tampa Fence when my PM said I need to have a fence. At that time I already got a quote from my neighbor's fence company, but Melody acted quickly and went to do the measurement herself, assured me that she knows the community fairly well, gave me all the HOA required document and I got approval quickly. The fence is done in one day and my PM said it's beautifully done.

Great and professional service - the installers did an excellent job and fence is perfectly straight and looks fantastic!

They knew exactly the kind of fencing we needed based off our HOA requirements. And when we had to change some measurements for HOA approval, they were quick to make the changes.

They removed my old wood fence and installed vinyl one in same day, communicating throughout as issues arose (e.g, neighbors trees or equipment posing obstacles). Materials were of high quality and workmanship was excellent, all at significantly lower price than proposed by two other companies, lower down payment (25% vs 50%) and less delay to commence installation (2 weeks vs 4-6 weeks). I recommend New Tampa Fence without reservation.

Removed old wood fence and installed new vinyl fence. They did not cut the old fence posts off the way they said they would; instead they broke off the old fence posts leaving jagged slivers of wood sticking up out of the ground. When I complained they came out and cut only one of the jagged broken wood fence posts with the reciprocating saw and on that one they only cut half of the post with the saw. Additionally they left trash all over the yard and threw some of their trash in the conservation area behind the fence. Trash included food & drink wrappers & containers and debris from the vinyl cuts that they did and pieces of the old wood fence. Also they did not install the new fence using the footprint of the old fence as they were instructed to do and as the work plan and estimate were written. New vinyl fence posts were cemented as required but they allowed the cement to be higher than the ground, so I have hunks of cement visible around the vinyl fence posts.

I would never recommend them to anyone considering their inattention to details and their inability to correct their mistakes and cleanup after themselves.

Sorry, no name ever used in these reviews even if they are good. New Tampa Fence put in a better fence than who the neighbors went with AND in accordance with HOA rules (don't need to come back and correct mistakes like the other companies who said they got the HOA approval for customers but didn't). So, when you get a good product installed properly (like the concrete with every post) should you pay a premium price? Not with New Tampa Fence. Price was very reasonable. They make money by working hard.

I am very pleased with my new vinyl fence. The crew that installed it was very quick and did an excellent job working around some trees that were close to the property line. I would definitely recommend New Tampa Fence to anyone needing a new fence.
