Every thing was great remediations. They really need to have comfortable furniture for the people that drive 2 hours to wait for the people that are having surgury husband had to wait 7 hours in his car because the furniture

Staff at the surgery center was great. The billing department appears to be either under staff or lacking the proper training. It took them 2 months to finally bill my insurance company after my surgery. They filed the claim with an incorrect tax id number so now a month later, we are still trying to get them to file the claim correctly. We have made many calls to them even with the insurance company on a 3 way call. The majority of the time we have to leave a message that they do not return. When you do get someone to answer the phone they tell you need to speak to this person and you don't get a call back. Unfortunately I will not be recommending your company to anyone.

I had a great experience. I had knee surgery and was due to go in for 1: 30pm. They called at noon and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if I would like to come in a little earlier. I went in earlier and was brought back within just a few minutes. The nurses were awesome and attentive. Check in was very simple and efficient. I was asked to pay my deductible at checking, but that seems to happen with all providers nowadays.
