Linda at New Way Hearing Aids went above and beyond to help repair my grandmothers hearing aid. I had already spoken to several audiologists who werent able to help because the hearing aid was for a company that had recently gone out of business in the US. I was lucky that I found New Way. Excellent service that I would recommend highly.

My wife recently purchased hearing aids from New Way Hearing. The service was outstanding. Previously she purchased hearing aids from Costco and they will tell you to walk around the store and to call them if you have any problems later. Plus Costco won't fix any hearing aids over 5 years old and most minor repairs have to be mailed out with a two week turnaround. That's not the case with New Way Hearing. Even though my wife was an experienced hearing aid wearer, Michael has scheduled several appointments with her to adjust and verify that her aids are adjusted properly and there are no issues. His prices are reasonable and there was no pressure to buy a new set of hearing aids. We highly recommend them.

Had obstructed hearing in one ear and stopped by New Way Hearing to see if they would be able to take me in as to correct the problem I was having. Dr. Knapp was able to do so on short notice and I am extremely grateful for their time and expertise. They are very friendly, professional, and I would highly recommend their services!
