Absolutely wonderful experience getting manicures with my granddaughter. The women were so patient with a 7 year old! Clean and professional. We will definitely be back.

I've been here twice. The first time was excellent. So I booked another appointment when they opened so I could beat the crowd. I had an appointment with one of the techs and when it was time to paint my nails, she got the front desk lady to finish the job, while the one I booked my appointment with was refilling the essential oil machine. After refilling the essential oil machine she started standing over the one painting my nails "supervising" So I didn't really like the fact I book my appointment with the lady and she has someone else finish the job.

Today was my first day coming here and I will be coming back every single time. Everyone was so nice. My nails look amazing. I feel so relaxed. Everyone was making sure I was comfortable at all times. This is my go to spot for now on! Thank you for an amazing experience!

This used to be my go to nail salon, however unfortunately the quality has gone way down. My extensions are never even and often lumpy, and I have been cut the last two times I’ve been here. Plus they got rid of their BEST technician - Jasmine. Definitely better options in Winter Haven!

They are excellent. True nail artists! So easy to make an appt and they are super friendly and did an excellent job! Full set of acrylics and polish. Excellent priced as well.

Anyway, point here is he is definitely the best ever. I have been in winter haven for a little over a year now and have never had a pedicure like that! You’re the best ever blk pinky guy. 5 STAR work

HIDDEN GEM in Winter Haven! Kaylin is an incredible artist. She did such a beautiful job on my nails, did what I expected and asked for on top of the exceptional customer service and staff! Great environment and great service! And reasonable prices. (Not to mention I got a complementary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious.) I have been searching for “my place” to go for nails; and it will only be there!

Finally, a salon that takes the time to provide exceptional service. While others in the area are ok, New World provides that extra care with every service that sets them apart. Add reasonable prices to that and you have a 5 Star experience.

Moved back to Winter Haven after 30 years and have had a hard time finding a reputable nail spa. Finally visited New World for the first time today after 2 of my patients recommended them and was very happy. Kailyn and Queenie did a great job and prices are fair I definitely recommend these ladies! Thank you so much

Nails and toes turned out great. She took her time to make sure everything looked good and made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, will definitely be back for my next nail appointment.
