Great pizza and pasta plus the prices are very reasonable and the combo options are great as well!

I’ve been ordering take out and deliver from New York Italian Express for about 5 years now about 8-10 times a year or more and I’ve never been disappointed. Unless they are really busy (which they always let you know beforehand if they are very busy) then they’ll tell me my delivery order should arrive in about 45 minutes. Which my delivery usually arrives about 10 to 15 minutes earlier. 30-35 minutes, which is always appreciated. My orders have always been nice and hot (not too hot), just right. Not only is their New York style pizza amazing, but all of the pasta dinners are amazing as well and they are very reasonably priced with sone pretty good deals on discounts for family combos. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the Combo Dinner (lasagna ravioli manicotti and stuffed shells) from the Baked Entrées section and they allow you to switch it up if you’d like. Meaning if you’d like extra manicotti to substitute for having the stuffed shells or any of the other four options (which I usually substitute the stuffed shells with extra manicotti because their manicotti is just so good). Their manicotti really is truly amazing. Sooo good. They’re always very polite about it and extremely helpful. I love that it is a small locally owned family business that does their own delivery and not DoorDash or ubereats that rip people off with all the extra fees. You’re definitely saving money by much lower fees from New York Italian Express using their own employees for delivery. I really hope New York Italian Express sticks around for many years to come and I really hope they don’t cave in to doing delivery’s through grub hub, DoorDash or any of those other rip off huge corporate delivery services that always tack on $10+ or more with a bunch of bullsh*t extra fees. NY Italian Express is perfect the way it is now, please don’t change a thing. Haha I plan on staying a loyal customer for a long time as well as referring friends and family to NY Italian Express so they to can enjoy some amazing Italian pasta and baked dinners as well as their amazing New York style pizza. Next time I’ll snap some photos before eating. Until then, I look forward to enjoying another amazing meal via delivery or pickup after a long stressful day and I’m not in the mood to cook. Always fast, efficient and I’ve never been disappointed in the least bit by their amazing food.

The owner is so rude. I'm never ordering from here again. I've ordered from here with no issues for 5 years. All of a sudden yesterday, a new driver showed up. I was paying in cash, I gave her the exact amount and asked her to break a $20 for me to tip her. I was trying to tend to her and my kids at the same time.
She said I still owed her a $20, so I took her word for it and gave her the other $20. When checking my wallet later on, I noticed I was missing $20.
I called the restaurant and all the owner could offer was a $20 credit for food. She didn't even call the girl to see what happened. Just said there was no way to prove it and a credit was all she could do. Pretty much calling me a liar without even asking the girl. I never had an issue with the other delivery driver. It's been the same gentleman for 5 years. No issues with cash or card. Now this random girl shows up with crushed pizza boxes and swipes money from me. Totally untrustworthy. Never again.

The food was tasty really good the prices are a little high but it's OK I guess everyone is raising prices and using the pandemic as a excuse to make more money

People with their advertising walk near the house and next to the front door, touch our door and hang advertising paper on the door. For all advertisements and letters there is a mailbox!

Good place for Italian restaurant not to expensive. Salads are good and good deals and good lunch specials at a good price.

I Love this place! The pizza is delicious and affordable. 10$ larg cheese and they also have a 44$ special that feeds the whole family easily. My favorite pizza is the pepperoni sausage cuz it looks so good and tastes even better. I've been here 6 times so far and I have no complaints

False advertising on prices I asked and was told it was old menu on the site but i recently ordered and there clearly advertising one price and when you call charge you another price charging 6 dollars above asking price. Was a customer I'm not anymore sad to say I've ordered many times and am disappointed price gouging. At these hard times.

Literally so sad that I had to come on here and write this review. I order from this restaurant and go sit in and eat here ALLLL the time. It’s ALWAYS amazing and always such a good experience but today that wasn’t the case. I waited over an hour for my food while at work and my food was cold and soggy and my drink was hot. I called to see if I can get my food remade and instead I get told I can have someone come pick the food up and give you your money back? Where does that make sense? I’m at work and I’m hungry and I waited over an hour for you to bring me cold and soggy food and you want to bring it back? For me to go an order somewhere else and wait another hour for other food? Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. If I ALWAYS give you guys business on top of recommending people to your restaurant why would you treat a regular like this versus offering a refund and remaking my food hot for me? That’s so sad. I will not be using this pizzeria anymore. Highly disappointed today. NOT TO MENTION that I ALWAYS tip $10 or more when I get food here. Wow.

Home run! The medium garlic wings were cooked and flavored perfectly, the pepperoni pizza was great, and my pickup order was ready on-time and priced fairly. Oh, and they are always nice here.

Love this place. Best pizza in town. Have never been disappointed & ordered many different menu items over the past 5 years. Customer service is always great. I personally think it's better to order delivery through them instead of giving money to all these apps.

Food usually great. Greek salad disappointing. One cucumber slice and two tomato slices. Mainly iceberg lettuce.

Who sells subs without asking if you want anything on it? Dry bread and meat that's it and borderline stale bread at that.normally I would have asked for a refund but another review states they only give credit. Do better!

You only get a peak because this pie is mine! I’ve become a regular delivery customer and I find I’m always impressed, start to finish. I’ve ordered baked ziti, spaghetti with meat sauce, fettuccini carbonara, garlic knots, break sticks, side salads, and tiramisu. My favorite breadsticks, hands down! Comforting, classic, fresh, and delicious, it’s all been so good.

Fresh ingredients, even in the sauces, (and you can tell)! Great portion sizes, excellent value, wide variety of options available on the menu! I want to try one of everything so it may take me a while, but I’m trying. ;)

Customer service has always been on point, kind, efficient, rocking the calls. Drivers are always courteous and within the time I’m expecting, more often than not they are earlier than quoted. I’m thankful that there are folks willing to deliver food to doors at this point, so you won’t find complaints from me. I’m grateful.

The delivery driver with long hair with bread takes way to long to deliver (1 hour) n showed up looking high as hell. This place is 5 min drive away but you decided to take a smoke break instead, you need to be fired!

Fast delivery, friendly staff, and AMAZING food. We ordered a pizza, wings, and garlic knots and all 3 were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

Very Disappointed. This place used to be great. Their portions are half if not less now for higher prices. I ordered a toasted sub. It came non toasted with 1 super thin piece of ham, salami and provolone. I thought my last meatball sub was a mistake being sliced into small pieces and half or less of the meatballs. 711 makes a better sub at this point. They only offered a credit vs a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never buy from here again.do not buy anything from this place they are a rip off and a joke.

Food was AMAZING! Hubby had a pizza & I ordered the chicken parmigiana & it was the BEST! Portions were huge as well, we definitely recommend this restaurant. Also the gentleman who waited on us was great too. We will be coming back soon!

One star for creepily dropping off fliers at 10: 30pm in a gated community with “no soliciting” signs.
