New York Prime, Boca Raton FL

When I searched for best steakhouses in Boca, New York Prime was first in the list and now I can personally vouch for the same! Amazing! The food was excellent, the drinks were amazing and the service was top notch! To the ladies who welcomed us in, to the sweetheart who served us (sadly I dont know her name) everyone ensured we had the most pleasant evening in recent times!
Definitely value for money! 10/10 would recommend!

Carlos served us this incredible meal. Not only was the steak tender and delicious, Carlos made the meal pleasent and fun. He even took the time to get to know us and make us feel welcome and comfortable. Personality and quality food.

We had a delightful Father’s Day Dinner at New York Prime! The food was wonderfully prepared and the service, led by Carlos, was impeccable.
We started with the Lump Crab Appetizer which was very tasty and was enough for the two of us to share. I had the 12 oz Center Cut Filet which was prepared and served perfectly and was very tasty. My wife had the Rib Eye Cap which came out great. We also ordered the mushrooms and hash brown potatoes as accompaniments. The meal was capped off with a small dessert so he we could
not eat anymore! Carlos, our server was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything we had ordered, which we very much were! Over all a wonderful evening. We have enjoyed several meals at New York Prime and this may have been the best so far!

An excellent meal as usual. Johnny (John Gioe), one of the owners/management, came over and paid special attention to our table. He went out of his way to make my wife and I feel very valued as customers. He was very accommodating and a true professional. Being that it was a busy evening made his (and our server’s) efforts even more special. Thank you!

This is a great restaurant. Always great service. Upbeat vibes. Delicious food. Great dirty martinis. We started with the chopped salad, it was so good. We also shares the new York strip. It was make perfectly. You gotta have the horseradish sauce on the side. The Sautéed mushrooms were so tasty. And for vegetables, we shared the Brussel sprouts, Delicious

We had a terrific meal of perfectly cooked steak and a great app. The service was at the level you would expect at a fi e steak house

Very disappointed I couldn't get a table without reservations until I wound up at Cut 432 steakhouse in Delray. The steak I ate here Was better than any steak I could have ordered at New York Prime so Thank you for helping me find a new steak house

Absolutely wonderful service. Food is amazing, apple martini was the best I ever had. Highly recommend it.

The steaks are seared HARD here so expect a little black on your crust regardless of the doneness. You can get a Brooklyn style steak sauce which tastes like a smooth cocktail sauce spiked with French dressing. It's a distinctive flair. My party got plenty of sides which were all good and the seafood was very fresh and we'll presented. If you're a person who runs chilly, prepare for it because they keep the AC cranked in the place. Nice bar service and good top shelf selection.

The Manager knows the business and makes sure guests are treated the way they should be. Best steakhouse in tri county area, food is great and the service matches.

Had reservation for 7 pm. It was also confirmed. I go here 2x a month for the past 18 years. Tonight some girl calls to confirm my 5: 30 reservation. I told her we spoke to someone 3 days ago and moved it to 7. It was confirmed. She said she had no clue what we were talking about. We hung up pissed off beyond belief. As a generational local business and property owner, I know the value in following thru with commitments. They really let us down.

Great atmosphere several different rooms to sit in nice bar good music and a very interesting crowd would highly recommend this restaurant

The food was excellent, however the service was quite poor and not as I expected. It's sad to say that the young man who refilled the tables water was the best part of the service.

Great chocolate cake. Busy atmosphere. Crowded. Loud. Although, they habe amazing food and steak. Great for parties.

I have to say that this is the best steakhouse in Boca Raton. The steaks are amazing, the fish is fantastic, the service is great and it has an old school type of steakhouse atmosphere. It is a bit pricey, but as they say you get what you pay for. I highly recommend it!

Grade A service and attention to detail. First time there and immediately catered to. Very "down to business" atmosphere, loud-ish, but not obnoxious at all. You go there to hangout, bring colleagues, whoever really but I wouldn't say its for a date or intimacy. Sure you could, but either way I feel it'll be a great experience. I'm now curious about the other locations and the other restaurants under the parent company, see how they fare. Yes, let's just travel across the country for steak. Sounds like a great idea. No sarcasm.

Oh yea, by the way, the steak there melts in your mouth. Sliced Edge of Rib Steak. And a Bulleit Rye Old Fashioned (big cube)

I have been a long time customer of this steak house. On or about 2/6/18 I called and spoke to Julia to book a reservation for a party of 4. I told her that we already had a reservation for 5: 30 pm, but needed to move it to 7 pm. I had a black card from the manager John G which I informed her about. She said she would get back to me immediately and see what she could do. We never heard back. UNTIL the day before our guests came into town and our reservation was denied! She or someone at NYP should have called and followed through as promised to both me and my husband. The STEAK here is excellent. We have been going here for 18 years, almost once a week. Due to this experience, we not only canceled our reservation for tonight, but we also wont be going back for a while. The attitude of the girl taking our reservation "Julia" was disgusting.she should have followed thru as promised, at least a call back to let us know she couldnt honor a later time for a reservation. All in all, NYP has the best steak in town; but the customer service on this particular event was disgusting and left a foul taste in our mouth. Apparently this same thing happened to other friends of ours recently as well.

Very good steak house. Elegant decor. Went on Mon night February. Super busy as this is high season. Had awesome lump crab cocktail to start. Loved the mustard based remoulade. Hubby had oysters. Good but small. Pet peeve is restaurants in FL don’t serve OTC oyster crackers with raw bar. They serve saltines! Ugh. Chopped salad very good too. I had petite filet. Excellent and so tender. They put butter all over the steaks. Hubby had bone in ribeye and he liked it but said he liked steaks at “The Palm” the best. He didn’t like the butter. The restaurant is long and narrow. They serve and clean up everything on three tiered carts. Annoying to have them rolling by us constantly. Request a booth or a table not in center of the room to avoid this. Nice cocktails and reasonably priced wines by the glass. We had a very nice waiter but we waited a very long time for main course to be served.

In a town with at least 5 great steakhouses, New York Prime is by far my favorite. Such a great armosphere. Truly adds to the “special” in any special occasion. Service that cannot be beat. Huge, professionally prepared cocktails. Great wine list. Oh, and the food. DO NOT miss the baked shrimp. It’s to die for. Very well done salads. A delicious fettucine alfredo. But the steaks are the star of the show. I prefer the petite filet mignon and it has never disappointed. Always cooked to perfection and delicious. The only fault I have ever found is the bearnaise sauce. I recommend skipping it as it is disappointing. Make New York Prime your next must go steakhouse!

IT is better to ask questions, Don't trust the waiters suggestions.they are the most amount of money The place is packed.i could hardly get by to our table ofr four made for two people missing the chairs,
The Steaks are perfect. The service stinks.waited too long to clear are plates. Opps.want desert, have a slice of are butter cake, its almost 30.00 dollars, in general if you like hanging out with the 55 and over crowd, this is for you.suppose, because the place is jam packed with customers; I wonder what the Fire Marshall has to say about an overcrowded restaurant? Also $$$$$ very pricey. Please don't take my word for it. Visit this restaurant for yourself. Maybe you will disagree with me
