The staff was extra helpful checking our collie in. Hannah was the assistant and was friendly and patient. I didn’t wait long for Dr Fletcher and I was offered water before she came in. Dr Fletcher is GREAT as always. Checkout went smoothly. Can’t say enough good about how helpful and friendly this staff is!

It was great. I took my elderly dog there for a tech visit to get a heart worm test. I told them that the dog had a hard time getting into the car, due to limited mobility. The dog weighs around 70 pounds so i can not lift her. The tech came out to the car and lifted the dog out for me. The visit was so quick they brought the dog back out snd I was not even done paying. I believe the tech was Joey?

Dr Shah seemed very affectionate to my 12 week old Doberman puppy. She took her time and checked him over from head to toe. I felt much better knowing he was a healthy boy. My experience from the moment I walked into the office, was welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend Newberry Animal Hospital.

This place is excellent. The staff is very caring, you could tell they love the animals. We have boarded our dog here several times as well. He came home with one scrape on his paw once but they were super responsive and saw him back right away to care for him. Our dog has gone through surgery here as well, and all went well. There have been some issues with scheduling at multiple locations, my only recommendation is to confirm your location prior to your appointment.

I've been using them for about a year for my cat, and they are so kind and cheerful. They really do care about you and your animals' well-being.

Got in very quickly on short notice on a visit to the area. Meghan at the desk was amazingly helpful and friendly, and all staff worked hard to take care of my little dog and ease my panic. Highly recommend.

i’ve been to a few vets in Gainesville and this is by far my favorite! Leading up to my appointment, the receptionist (megan) called for reminders and answered all my questions kindly.the clinic was clean and cute and i was offered a drink (coffee, water, or soda) while i waited.luckily, the wait wasn’t very long to see the vet tech and vet.this is super important to me because my cat hates being in her carrier, so i prefer for my appointment to be as on time as possible to reduce her stress.the vet was very detailed in her examination and answered all my questions before i even had to ask them.more so, my cat seemed to be calmer in this atmosphere and around this staff than she did at the other vet offices; potentially because this vet was not rushing through her examination.the prices were also affordable which is a big deal to me since i have multiple pets and vet bills add up.i will be bringing all my pet babies to newberry animal hospital now & recommend that you do the same for quality care.

I understand that a lot is going on in the vet world, but I do not think it is acceptable to lie to someone. I took my pet to the vet on Wednesday and was told that he needed to lose weight. The vet was very nice and said I did not need to wait for her to write up the diet plan that she would email it to me later that day. I thought that was very kind, but knowing what I know now I would have waited. It seems that she used that as an excuse to not write up the diet plan. This vet works between vets and was at a different location when I tried to contact her later that day. It has now been five days and I have not gotten any information. I tried contacting the vet and the receptionist told me that she saw all the information there and she just needed to reconfirm it was ready and then she would send the email. I waited forty minutes and called back to figure out that the receptionist can not see the diet plan and that only the vet can send the information. Nice to know that they will just lie to make you shut up.

I had such a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was warm and friendly and the doctors were knowledgeable and gentle with my pet. I would absolutely recommend Newberry Animal hospital.

My neighbor passed away unexpectedly, and I've been trying to care for her pup until family can sort everything out from out of state. Newberry AH has been so gracious and kind during this, and help us in anyway they can with getting our sweet girl squared away! I may just have to transfer my own pup here!

We were visiting the area from out of town when our dog became ill, and they were able to schedule a same day (Saturday) appointment. The entire staff was just wonderful! Dr White was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing was very fair, if I lived in Gainesville this would be my new vet.

Easily the most professional, friendly, caring team of Veterinarian professionals I have met. I will happily be bringing my cats to them knowing that I am getting the care they need with an explanation of cost versus need. I emphatically recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to bring their pet for any care.

Dr. Seifert is an angel. She cares deeply about her patients and their families. I am so grateful to her and the entire staff for taking such good care of my precious cat Billy and for helping us navigate the difficult decision to allow him to pass on from this life. I will be forever thankful for the compassion shown to Billy, myself, and my family.
