My visit today was with Dr. Hill, who is relatively new at this office. She was very easy to talk, knowledgeable and she took extra time to answer questions. Dr. Hill is a great addition to the practice.

First of all, let me just say that I love this doctor. I primarily see Dr. Merriweather but on occasion I have seen the Nurse Practitioner Kenny, who is also awesome. Both are professional and have made me feel very welcome. The reason why I am giving this poor rating is that I seem to have a hard time getting an appointment. I scheduled an appointment in August for the end of September, which was rescheduled for the end of October, and then rescheduled a second time for some time in November. The scheduler was rude to me, and did not have an ounce of empathy for how frustrated I am about this. Both times my appointments were rescheduled, she tried to impart to me that the provider I was supposed see (different each time my appointment has been rescheduled) has a family emergency. While I am sympathetic to that, I think its interesting that both times, both providers had family emergencies that require them to cancel appointments a month out. I feel as though I'm getting the run around constantly I expect my next appointment will be cancelled as well. I'm done, and will be looking for a new primary care doctor.

Doctor Kenny Rodriguez and the nurse Ada wonderful people, if you need a doctor who really listen a patient and is kind go to him and the nurse is very sweet.i have few problem and they make me feel good and helped me with a lot problems i have. I met a few rude doctors before.so if u feel bad with your doctor go to see him and u will love it.

My three teens and I see different nurse practitioners here and I couldn't possibly exaggerate how wonderful they both are! We truly feel cared for. Kennie really understands what it's like to be a teenager today and focuses on the positive. Sunita feels like a true partner in my health. Just a great medical group.

My wife and I always receive warm, kind, and compassionate care at this office. We have had great interactions with every team member we have come in contact with. The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners always take the time to sit down with us and truly hear us out about our concerns, and make us feel extremely comfortable asking any questions. There are many doctors offices closer to use but we will gladly continue to drive a long distance to be cared for by this amazing team!
